I ordered hearing aids from **** in November and received them later that month. I tried them for a week and the hearing aids did not fit properly in my ear.I returned them on December 12, ****************************************************************************** good condition and they would make a complete refund in the amount of $ 160.29.Their phone is no longer in service, neither is their e-mail address.Initial Complaint

Purchase hearing aids on May 19, 2023. Returned them as they did not work for me. Return was received company on June 10, 2023. It has been more than 15 business days and my money has not been refunded. The company sent this as a response: We are experiencing some unforeseen circumstances that have caused a delay in our refund process. However, please rest assured that we are doing everything in our power to resolve the issue and refund your money as soon as possible.I have contacted them again and still no refund. This is a fraudulent company that steals money.
