    Worst customer service I have received from a local company! ... one would think that any company, and especially a small local one that you would think depends and values positive referrals.During a several month attempt to get a situation resolved with a new refrigerator purchase, was told various conflicting answers on numerous occasions, phone calls not returned timely and often times most rude. Being a business owner myself ... regardless of what's what, the "customer is supposed to be right" and an owner needs to satisfactorily resolve the issue which now has been thrown back to me to handle myself. I have gone to Arvada Appliance for over 40 years and never again! Will also not hesitate to reference my dissatisfaction with this business to anyone asking me about a referral for a local appliance company.I have noticed when looking up the company on ****, and other sites, that their ratings have gone down drastically in the last couple of years ... most reviews noting as I have ... very poor communication being consistent. Conclusion with the company in talking to ****, was that the first story he told me of how the process would be handled on his end to replace my damaged unit was him telling me it was my mis-understanding" ... not my mis-understanding ... I know what he told me and it did not end up positive in any way. Ending to dealing with them, according to **** was for me to go to KitchenAid/Whirlpool direct and get things resolved he was not doing anything further.Only reason I gave a one star is because you cannot submit without at least one star unfortunately

    This is no longer a reputable business since it was merged with Corn's Appliance (check their BBB rating). They sent a technician out to check a refrigerator and did not conduct a diagnostic, yet insist on charging a fee for a service they did not conduct. The issue was an odor and the technician told the client to wash out the refrigerator. He did not confirm that it was operating properly. The new owner of Arvada Appliance was extremely rude when the client tried to discuss the situation.
