Where do I begin? Stay away from this company and take your business elsewhere unless you want your money stolen in exchange for absolutely nothing. The manager at the *********** location is not fit for her role as she has a difficult time articulating her thoughts, navigating through complex scenarios, and is absolutely agonizing to communicate ******* Husband and I purchased a six month membership at $85 per month. In those six months, we were only able to successfully book two massages. During those two massages each masseuse I encountered made me feel extremely uncomfortable - one attempted to make a pass at me, and the other talked about their distaste and disdain for caucasian people at great ********* date, we have paid over $1,000 for a total of two massages. Every time we called to book a massage (at multiple locations) we were told they were no openings as they were booked for two months or more. My card had multiple unauthorized charges when I explicitly asked them to stop charging my card. In addition, their monthly dues have gone up from $85 to $90 per month with no email or notice to be ******** weary - they will lure you in with 'your first two months free' on a six month membership term. What they don't tell you is that you is that you will never, ever be able to book an appointment because they are short-staffed and overbooked at every single location. Those two out of six months 'free'? You will still be paying for six months worth of dues - all it does is delay your payment ******** Husband went to the *********** location in person to pay the remainder of our balance, inquire around the unauthorized charges, and to cancel our membership. The manager refused to speak to him, refused to collect our payment and stated 'I am going to take care of my actual customer'.Needless to say, we will never be back and I will be smearing Massage Envy *********** on every platform imaginable. Save yourself the headache, time, energy, and money.

Similar to the previous reviews, I had issues with their membership service as well, specifically cancellation. I requested cancellation on August 15th, and by August 27th I was still being hassled by ****, **************** Manager. My initial email was very clear: "I want to have my subscription services cancelled." The response was "Do I have time for a call," followed by an email that included my membership contract. Based on the terms and conditions, I had the right to terminate and was giving written notice. I followed up again to ask about termination, and the response this time was that I did not complete a termination request form that was previously sent to me. No form was sent to me, and I knew they were just trying to draw this out for another monthly payment. They are also using a card I did not authorize them to use for monthly payment. I've had to call my bank and ask for them to put a stop payment on any charge from Massage Envy. I was very worried about them as a company and turns out I should have gone somewhere else. I also had issues with the quality of their therapists. I had two that I did not believe to have any training.

Massage Envy-******. I requested my membership fee to be taken out in 2 days. She took my card number and took it out immediately. She is a deceiver. When I called the location and stated my outrage, she hung up on me. I called again after an hour of cooling down, and I said I am the one you hung up on, and she said oh no the connection was bad. And I requested information on how to transfer my membership base from one Massage Envy to another. I do not feel safe with her knowing my card number. I am very close to calling ****** police on her. Ugh. Stay away from Massage Envy-******.

MASSAGE ENVY ******.. ****** displays no professionalism. Speaks like she is talking to her BFF! The issue is simple! I signed up for a 3 month TRIAL membership with auto-pay as the membership required. After 3 Trial months I was not interested in continuing. I asked ****** in person what was the process to cancel. She told me send an email specifically stating I did not want to auto renew and to cancel membership which I did. After the exchange of several emails, person by the name of *********** emails me telling me cancellation papers will need to be sent to me (this was 9/8/23 -- NEVER sent to me! I made several calls to the office was told the manager would call me -- Never did! My experience with this place the WORST I have experienced! CAUTION DON'T GO THERE!!!!
