    Dealer sent incorrect item and admitted to such in an email 10/19/2023. They offered to send a replacement and pick up the incorrect item. They never did and now are ignoring all calls, emails and texts regarding the matter. I want them to make it right and give me the parts I ordered and paid for.Dr *************************

    To be clear we have been assisting ******************* about a part from a Model train Car that he purchased before we took ownership of the company.  W e has told ******************* we would do what we can to help him out and We have not charged him anyting but shipping.  ****** our office person, had told *******************, that we would have to dig thru some boxes to see if we have the parts.    I have since found them, and they will go out in tomorrows mail,  Tracking Number ********************** (USPS)  I must say that this is a case of no good deed going unpunished.  We have been trying too assist *******************, But , has not be a top priority for me,  As it was a favor and trying to help some one out.

    Thanks for all of your help and sorry we waisted your time.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    They sent a replacement box.  The replacement order, again, was not anywhere close to what I ordered originally.  It must be someone else's order as the parts are not even remotely related to my original order.  So they were unable to deliver what I ordered in two tries. This is sad.  They do not answer emails or calls and cannot even get a simple one item order to me.  This time it was nowhere near what I ordered.  Both boxes are being returned to sender with incorrect parts.  Refund requested.  This is not worth the time or aggravation.

    They have the wrong person......!!!  I have never, in my life, ordered anything from their company other than this.  They have the wrong customer or the wrong *************************.  Nobody tried to "help me out".  In fact they do not communicate at all and ****** has no clue what she is doing.  It is absurd to take this back to before they owned the company.  My first and only order was a mere several weeks ago....ever.  They keep sending me someone else's order and they did in fact charge my **** card...which I contested.  YOU HAVE THE WRONG PERSON.  Your response in no way describes my situation..not even close.

    We acted in good faith with his order.  I did mistakenly ship him.the wrong order and it was my mistake on the my recommendation of the 1st part order.  We did respond to his emails and his tone I the response is uncalled for.  I will not contest his credit card reversal.  I will say I will not ever do business with him again.  I will also send him a return postage label, so he may return the parts that were sent to him.

    I would like to keep the case open until he returns the part in the same condition that he received them in.

    You already have the parts.  They were confirmed received today by ****** in your office and the **** tracking.  I have extensive photos of what was sent back to you and it was everything.

    I consider the situation unfortunate but closed.  It is a shame this did not work out for both of us.
