I am writing a review for NHance in ********* ** with *** ******* as the contractor under this company. We contacted *** from NHance and he proceeded to tell my daughter he would demo her kitchen and put new cupboards and countertops in her kitchen. The demo involved *** putting a hole in wall in living room from kitchen. Cupboards were brought in and *** proceeded to put cupboards up with no drywall and not attached to studs. *** gave our daughter a date with installation of countertops which we followed up and no countertops were ordered! Apparently *** didnt have a clue on how to refinish a kitchen. He never showed up for days and had an excuse for work that was not completed properly. He walked off the job and wanted payment for work that he didnt finish. My daughter paid for cabinets and we were reassured that if we needed anything associated with cupboards he would assist. After several phone calls and no help we hired another contractor to finish the job. This company NHance should be liable for employing such an incompetent contractor named *** ******* to take on any type of remodel! I would never hire him or this company after the most botched, unprofessional kitchen remodel. We have made several phone calls to corporate Company and local company to file complaint and have not heard back from them. Not a company or contractor I would ever hire again! I would give 0 stars but couldnt submit without hitting 1 star.

************ will tell you that their work last years and they do a special baking process to seal the paint and reduce defects. Its a bunch of lies. In my honest opinion, we were better off buying new cabinets. I called 2 years later to touch up some chipping paint and I was told the franchise I worked with went out of business and Nhance will not honor the 5 year warranty. There are other franchise in my area, but they dont want to do the work. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Im not a disgruntled customer, just a disappointed one. I want to express my experience with others to save them the headache and problems. I was told by Nhance to buy the paint and do it myself and to take legal action against the franchise that went out of business. More unnecessary hurdles.

We had cabinets painted .My job started late. Took over 6 months, and still never done completely. Our job was mixed up with another customer, painted wrong color, thus much thicker coat of paint than the rest. Had drawers made( fall out of tracks and track came loose from back). Paint chips as easy as a non prepped normal paint job before completing. Then touched up with a different sheen. Numerous no shows with no notice. Now trying to get color code or sample 1.5 years after supposed ompletion and waiting 2 months ( backordered quarts). I have rentals and deal with contractors often. This was an expensive ****** and one of the worst experiences with contractors ever.

I am deeply disappointed with the service and craftsmanship provided by Nhance regarding the custom doors I ordered for my living room built-ins. As a customer, I expected attention to detail, quality work, and professionalism, but my experience fell far short of these standards. The project began with a request for custom doors to match my kitchen cabinets. However, the process was frustrating and filled with repeated mistakes. The first set of doors arrived with the incorrect bevel. On the second delivery, only 6 of the 8 doors were provided, causing further delays.Upon the final delivery, I voiced concerns to the ********* (who also handled the measurements) about the fit of the doors. I was assured any gap between the doors could be minimized to 1/4 inch with hinge adjustments. The kitchen cabinets I requested to match have less than 1/8 inch gap between the doors.Unfortunately, after installation, I'm left with a 1.5-inch gap between the doors far worse than what was promised and well below workmanship standards. To add insult to injury, Nhance offered that I pay an additional fee to install the backing strip to hide the gap and their error. They have been ignoring my request for assistance and refuse to send someone to review the work. I should not be financially responsible for their measurement error and poor workmanship.I hope this review serves as a caution to others considering their services.

I wanted my kitchen re-done for a large party. I had new granite installed and was promised the company could get the cabinets painted and new doors hung well before my deadline. This company makes false promises and could not care less about the customers deadlines. In fact, owner ************* had the audacity to tell me (when the project was into the end of the second week and no end in sight) "The contract does not call for a timeline". They knew I had a large retirement party and were given almost a full month to paint the cabinet frames, and return with new doors, hinges and door pulls (my expense) for reinstallation. While the first week went fine, and I allowed them to start July 15, even though they told me in advance the doors were delayed a week, (the doors ended up being delayed 3 weeks), everything after that was a joke. Excuses and delays from July 18 through August 7, then they told me the Wednesday afternoon before the event the wrong doors came in. While offered a discount, it was not what I ordered but we now had 2 days before the retirement party. We agreed, since the owner, ************* assured me the doors would be installed Thursday afternoon. That was a lie also. Nhance tried to perform installation the day before my large party and they didn't even have the hinges. They started this work at 2PM. Installation accomplished was 3 doors and two door fronts (out of about 40). And these are not installed properly. The workers left at 450 PM to get hinges on a Friday night, assuring me the supply house was open and they would be done that night. These two workers returned at 540 PM, took all their tool and blankets and left. They never said a word to me; they had my phone number. I received a call about 730 PM from ******* promising (if I let them in) to finish the job Monday. I declined. I want nothing else to do with this company. I would advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere. What a frustrating experience.

We had our cabinets "restained" by Nhance company. The gentleman and his son work very hard on this and the cabinets looked great at first.....we were promised the finish was very durable but the finish is actually very fragile and will scratch very easily. The color of the stain is great but another step is really needed to protect the finish.......I have requested a visit for this company to come back so we will see if they stand behind their work.****

Do not use Nhance. Paint does not hold up. If the franchise you used goes out of business, there is no warranty. Total scam. You'd be better off painting yourself or hiring a local company to paint. Terrible customer service and an actual scam. I wish I could give zero stars.

I am an Interior Designer specializing in Kitchens/Baths. NHance was hired to reface a kitchen island for my client. The first issue was that the franchise was sold in between the quote and the work, with no mention to me on the change of primary contact, management or crew. I'll be succinct in the issues that then followed: Within 1 week paint chipping, wearing off edges, wiping off with a paper towel, texture issues. Installers cracked one of the dishwasher panels in installation and said nothing leaving my client to find it. They replaced 5pc drawer fronts with slab drawer fronts, and the documentation and communication was non-existent so it slipped by my awareness. Since I did not catch it, I take some responsibility and we split the cost to put 5pc on. They agree to come back for touch **** Client tells them dishwasher is broken, make sure it doesn't turn on. It accidentally gets turned on and floods into the basement ceiling and client has to repair ceiling. They took no accountability. This is where I should have asked for their insurance info - but we let it go b/c it was an accident. Client decides to replace dishwashers now needing different sized panels. The panels get ordered, show up in the wrong size, have to be ordered again. Then a cabinet door at the sink just falls off. Ask them to reattach. (Never got reattached.) D/W panels get installed by asst. ******* who is irritated, client asks for install of pulls on rest of island. Pulls get installed crooked, with screws sticking out and no project clean up, admits island needs to be re-done. At this point we don't want them touching anything. Owner will not refund any money, and refuses to replace the drawer front that has a pull installed crooked, tells us to have it fixed. Clearly quality and customer service is awful. I had used *************************'s before w/ previous owner - not a problem. New ownership and crew are clearly the problem. DO NOT waste your patience and money with them.

My husband and I wanted to update our kitchen, however we had a budget and called NHance to try to save. After the bid and down payment of $3900.00 to ****, we scheduled a date for the work to begin. On 8/29/2022 two gentlemen came to start the work. One young man started telling my husband that my husband needed to buy wood pieces and add to the cupboards so they will have a smooth *************. We were unaware that we had to do any of this work prior, but the gentleman said, "I don't get paid enough...I'******************* not a *********". On day two the gentlemen returned to spray paint. The gentleman was not happy that my husband did not do what he ordered him to, so many words were exchanged, and the two workers left. They did leave the cupboard doors and hinges on our porch. I called **** to explain our side. I did tell ****, "There are two sides to every story". I did ask **** if someone else be able to finish the work, however **** did apologize, but said he did not have time he was on his way to another appointment, unfortunately he did not try to hear or resolve this issue. In the meantime, we, my husband and I are painting and replacing our doors on our own. My husband is 68 and I am 67. We are requesting a partial refund.
