    Terrible company. They lose checks and blame the owner. Unresponsive employees to emails or calls yet very quick to put any and all blame for issues on homeowners. Difficult to get them to perform the duties they are paid to do. Seem to mismanage the monthly dues. Best to avoid working with them if possible.

    So Happy with our new HOA management company. Our community was in desperate need of a change and this company really stepped up. Very professional and responsive and would absolutely recommend.

    I have been asking this HOA company to fix the leaking gutter from my condo and freeze the 3 steps of my stairs and I have almost fall down as same as my neighbors. And they don't care since November of 2020.

    These people are great! I owned a place there for 5 years. Initially, there was a different HOA management who would do nothing and were rude to people. Since Custom Management Group took over there have been a LOT of improvements with minimal to no increase in the dues. The main difference with other HOA management companies, in my opinion, is how nice they all are. It's weird to call your HOA and get answers right away, always respectfully and with a smile. They REALLY make a difference. I am selling my place today but wanted to make sure I leave a nice review because they have been the best and I really appreciate all of you!

    Custom Management Group has transformed our condominium community from a bit of an eyesore into something we're all very proud of.....in the time we have been managed by Custom they have .....replaced our roofs.....our faulty crawlspace plumbing....our siding.....our staircases.....our railings......our paint......our landscaping and fencing....our mailbox enclosure....our trash enclosures and so much more I'm probably forgetting. They did all this and our homeowners dues have only gone up a couple of dollars in years and years....proof that **** watches over every dime we have with only our best interests at heart!!!

    Under new management and I couldn't be happier with their service. Very responsive and respectful. I would recommend this management company to anyone looking for help with their HOA!!!
