I got an oil change on September 14 at 10:49 am at this location. Their computers were "down for the week", so they could not accept any codes or coupons for a discount. I paid an arbitrary amount of money to the shop thru Square. They did not disclose that their computers were down until AFTER my service was done. This should have been something they disclosed beforehand so that I could refuse service. I believe they performed negligent service on my vehicle. The same day that I went in for an oil change, my car was hemorrhaging oil. I've had it for three years and it has never done that. My car broke down on the highway and I had to get it towed to a shop. The shop said the engine had oil "all over it", which they suggested was due to either the oil filter not being placed correctly or the oil change not being done incorrectly. Jiffy Lube also did not refill the coolant, windshield wiper fluid, etc even though this is billed as part of their service. Very disappointed and will never return to a Jiffy Lube location. Repairing my engine could take thousands of dollars.

I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change and the bolts were not put in correctly causing a break in my oil pan, all of the oil leaking out and blowing a rod in my engine. I immediately contacted the location that performed the service and notified them of what happened they sent a representative out who took some pictures and acknowledged that part of the oil pan was missing and stated that it had to have been missing because I hit something however the location of where the hole in the oil pan is could not have been hit without causing severe radiator, front end and fender damage all of which did not occur. I advised him that I had not hit anything that I barely drive 15 miles per day and there should be no reason that my engine had no oil in it . There was no engine in my oil within 2 weeks of having my oil changed and they were the last people to service my vehicle. I spoke with the store manager letting him know that I was stranded in the middle of a parking lot and he informed me that they would pass my information onto the claims department and that was the best they could do and he hung up on me when I asked for the general manager or district manager. The representative that they sent out left saying there wasnt anything that he could do. Now Im stuck in a parking lot. No vehicle. And no help.

I when in to jiffy lube to get an oils change on 4/16 I sat there and got what I thought was and oils Change I watched them scan my car in. On may 13 my engine cut off in the middle of me driving my oils light is on as I pop my hood and check my oil my dip stick is complete dry. I call jiffy and speak with a employee who advises my my car has never been scanned in so they have no records of my car being there I then states I wanted to speak with a manger which was one of they guy that worked on my car on 4/16 I advise him that I would be calling his manger as I now realize they never scanned my car in and had pocket my money that I paid in cash due to being asked to pay in cash I also have gps on my car that show that I was at this location on this day around 530 worker admitted to this and advised his manager that I would be coming in the morning to make a complaint I took my car into ************ were it was confirmed my engine was seized due to no oil. The employees admitted to working on my car o also asked for cameras were I am being refused to be shown unless I have a lawyer but this will be prof on top of my gps and bank information. Jiffy lube has violated the motor vehicle repair act in several ways and dont want to assume responsibility saying my car was not scanned in there for there is no proof but they do admit to having cameras when asked but wont give up video to prove my case to take responsibility for the damage I can also prove there was nothing wrong with the car before the oils change
