Is this how you treat your patients of 10 years?? I received a bill in the mail this past weekend saying I owed $200.00 and if I did not pay it within 30 days they were going to send me to collections. It also said FINAL NOTICE and I dont even remember getting a first notice? I always pay my copays so this is very confusing to me why this was sent to me the way it was and where these charges are even coming from. Btw I am the daughter of an ** doctor that also owns his own business and Im pretty sure if his billing company treated their patients like this my father would FIRE THEM!!! Unfortunately I do have to see a couple of specialists there for some routine procedures but I will definitely think twice about going to the ** or scheduling and other future appointments.

They exstorte, lie, they do procedures that are not needed just to extorted money from the insurance. The ** Department is a joke. I believe that's the main source of the extortion office. They are rude, so called Doctors don't listen They profile and discriminate the community. Public Relations is a waste of ***** and time. It's a desertion to the community. Shut UCHealth down.

Dont let the new building, location and aesthetic of this place fool you. The MAJOR inconsistency with what they tell you in the appointment vs what they put on your records, anywhere from a note for work to workers comp or just on your medical notes is all illegally inaccurate. Then getting an extremely delayed response or ignored completely is a huge no go. The organization with insurance or workers comp information has been incredibly difficult and had to repeat my info 3 appointments in a row plus more on the phone for it to stick for my next appointment. The Dr told me IF my nerve graft works, I would heal 80% *** in a year. On my workers comp paperwork he put nothing about that or in my records which is vital. How is this acceptable? They ruined my workers comp paperwork so many times and still have. PA ***** for Dr ******** will tell you one thing that is completely inaccurate like how long youll take to heal, where the surgery was performed on your hand or putting the wrong info on your paperwork. Im pretty sure the PA and *********************** dont run anything by the dr before sending out on letters or speaking with you. The amount of time and literal headaches I have experienced trying to speak with them to get their errors on my paperwork fixed and aligned with what they told me personally in my appointments is immense. I asked where I had the nerve repaired in my hand and he said on the side of the finger. In my next appointment the dr told me elsewhere. At my initial appointment the PA told me I could have the option of surgery, but they dont see digital nerve repairs often. THAT was a complete lie, the Dr has performed many. My list of situations that could save someone else a headache could go on further.

"Extremely terrible experience" at uchealth period!!! Some of the doctors at Greeley Co UChealth facility are so very unorganized and unprofessional rude and non-consistant in there service's. I was terminated from the whole uchealth health center because a Gastrologest doctor they had referred and sent me to. A subcontractor practice connected to uchealth after a practition Gastrologest lady named "****************" and her PA "**********" was very prejudice towards me and rude and unprofessional towards me from the get and as a patient I was only there to get the professional help I needed, and must I mention; I am very Ill from medical conditions some even life threatening. I went and complained about the way I was treated to the front desk and to the lead about the horrible experience her PA had demonstrated towards me and that I was very uncomfortable and started and alarm at the experience I had with her PA **************** attacked me in words in a phone call directly to my mobile phone defending her PA instead of helping the Ill patient or even trying to even look the other way on it and find out the reason of this acurrance. Gastrologest **************** from uchealth Greeley Co Gastrologest and the Iternal Medicine Doctors there at uchealth are very very very unprofessional and prejudice and I give it 10 toe down ratings automatically period to whoever views this be warned ahead of time before going there. Very horrible experience altogether period the more North you go in ******** there more farmer doctors instead of commercial doctors not so organized and shuffled around.

On Weds 8/30/23 my son who is a student at *** went to the emergency room at UC Health in ******************** with acute stomach pain. He was seen by *************************** who performed no tests other than physically pushing on his abdomen. He was given ****** which had zero effect. He was told that was all they could do. I asked to speak to ******* and he told my son no, I made my son put me on speaker phone and started talking to him. ******* then implied that my son was faking his injury for drugs and was an opioid addict at which point he walked out of the room. My son was discharged soon thereafter. His pain had no subsided and he began throwing up at home and we convinced him to go to another hospital where he was rushed into emergency surgery for an appendectomy within 1 hour of arriving. His appendix could have easily burst. ******* is a fraud and incompetent in addition to being rude. DO NOT allow yourself or anyone you care about to be seen by this person and avoid UC Health at all costs.

I think UCHealth has deceptive marketing tactics that falsely represent at least one of their surgeons. UCHealth removed several negative reviews of a surgeon on their website, including mine. I saw my review and others on their website many times. A few months later they were gone! I was told by the Patient Representative that there is no record of that review. Where did it go? She couldn't say. I suspect that the reviews were purged to give Doctors a better satisfaction rating than they deserve. She assured me that isn't true. It's my word against theirs and the winner is the one with the $$ and lawyers! This patient feels deceived and her one voice to warn others of a hurtful Dr. has been removed. The other practitioners I have encountered at UCH facilities have been wonderful, caring people that have made me visits enjoyable. It isn't the people, it's the organization that seems sour at the core.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. The staff here are so unprofessional. I went in to get a follow up on some redness in my throat and the doctor started asking me about surgeries I had over 2 decades ago that has nothing to do with why I'm there, when I told her I just need to get my throat checked, she got upset and stated "well if you diagnosed yourself then why you need me?" Every question she asked me, she asked with an attitude. When I asked for another doctor she left the room and had the nurse come in to tell me to leave. This is healthcare, patients shouldnt be treated this way because you don't want to do your job **************.
