    On November 23, 2021, my condo was impacted by Black Water (sewage). *******************, with the **** informed me that I needed to contact my insurance provider to file a claim. I contacted my landlord insurance agent at StateFarm and explained the situation and filed a claim. My claim was subsequently denied based on the fact that Black Water is to be covered by the **** ******************* even stated to me, Yes, according to the Stone Canyon governing documents, non carpeted areas are insured through the *** at the price of the originally installed material. If the materials have been improved, the homeowners insurance covers betterments and improvements.My unit has carpet and linoleum. My question to the *** was and still is, What was the original material that was installed and at what price was it installed? ******************* has not answered this question since November 23rd nor has she given me a quote on what the *** will pay for when it comes to replacing the destroyed flooring in my unit. So, trying to work with a contractor has been very difficult. Im going to have to pay over $7000 for new flooring through NO FAULT of myself or my tenant. I am the homeowner in good standing with my **** yet ******************* is refusing to communicate with me. She was out of the country and only responded via emails which led to a LOT of confusion for me, my tenant, and the company doing the mitigation work. Its my understanding that as of today, December 20, 2021 she is back in the country per *********************** who also works for the ****It has been almost a month since my condo was negatively impacted by Black Water and I still have no answers from my *** about what they will pay for when it comes to replacing the damaged flooring.

    My experience with HOA companies I have dealt with varies.Most of the time I am dealing with cold and impersonal employees.I call to ask for something simple and unless I call 2-3 times and send an email i never hear back from them.When I do get a response is "Oh we are very busy" and I get an attitude why I am contacting them repeatedly.Or I get a late payment because of a technical issue (my mail was not received, their portal has changed, the payment did not go through, etc)and they make my life difficult until they forgive the late payment, if they ever do.My experience with Metro Management has been different, in fact exceptional because of one person, *******************.I send an email to request something, ask a question, I get a reply back within 1-2 hours or within a day.***** is professional, courteous, polite and kind. I feel that I am treated with respect and that I am her client.I had an incident when my tenant was attacked by a dog, I called and she advised me how to proceed with a letter what to write in it and what to expect.She helped me through the process.I send an email to get an annual receipt of *************** for my taxes, I receive what I am looking for in a few hours.My tenant loses her pool key, I call ***** and she makes arrangements for her to get it on the mail or pick it up.These are just some examples.The experience I had with Metro Management HOA company, was by far the best and it was because of *****.I asked ***** to share with me properties she manages so that I can consider buying because I know I wont have to deal with poor HOA issues.And it is a pleasure anytime I call ***** I feel good after the call ends.I am tired of dealing with rude and incompetent HOAs.Thank you *****.********
