    They are very good and quick when you file a claim, but then the nightmare starts when they send a third party company to provide the service. And that third party company doesn't install essential parts that come with the furnace they installed and tell you that the part is not necessary (I did call ****** and they told me that it is essential to have it installed). ***** is a terrible customer service with them and tells you that in order to speak to a supervisor he needs 4 hours to be able to get a supervisor to call back. I never heard of that, usually companies have a supervisor that they can transfer the call to. May this serve as a warning for people thinking of signing up with them.

    I bought my house back in June and five months later the dishwasher blade broke down and I called them and talked to one of the customer service representatives and she said to me what the issue is and she told me you have to pay $100 upfront when the technician guy shows up in your door and whatever he diagnosed and needs to be repaired is my responsibility. Do not trust this company. This company is a scammer and a con artist. Buyer beware of this con artist company. And the customer I was talking to was rude and was trying to hang up when I said I have insurance but I canceled it but I told her to send me the email but she didnt send me the policy she sent me the request service submit which she did not have my permission which I did not request it instead of asking for the policy sending to my email. This agent has no knowledge and she asked me at the end of the call to do the survey. I was very disappointed. I do not recommend this company.

    We purchased a manufactured home. The sellers did not disclose anything about electrical or plumbing. Well we found out after move in. Paid ****** dollars for an electrical to come out to tell us it not covered And then they sent a plumber out that had no clue about mobile homes. He actually said he has no idea what he is doing. But took the ****** dollars. Now how can this fee be on the new buyers when it is not truthfully disclosed. This is the worst service. Stay away.

    I promise you! You do not want this place. This place is fine until someting deeper than a simple easy fix happens. If one issue is in their way your problem won't be fixed. You have already paid the service fees and it'll be nearly impossible to get any support from them at that point. They are also pricey for what they offer! Not sure why when their reviews are bad everywhere! They also canceled my service before the date I asked them to and before my cycle ended. When it's for them they out all the effort when it's for customer ID say 20% effort to be fair. To be fair, I'll give them a star for one thing. Usually they pick up claims quick but that doesn't mean they work it quick.

    **** *.Deceptive and Unethical Claim Handling Avoid This Warranty!I recently filed a claim with 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty when my hot water heater went out. Because of my location, I had to use an out-of-network provider, who gave me an estimate of $1,302 for the replacement. When I called for approval, I was initially told I had coverage up to $1,200, which I was fine withI was prepared to cover the small difference.However, after taking down all my information, they suddenly changed course and said they would only authorize $450 for the repair. Then, they offered me a buyout option, so I waited while they recalculated. When they came back, they said the buyout would be $418. But right after that, they claimed they had been mistaken and that if I proceeded with the repair instead, they would only cover $120!The way this claim was handled was completely unethical. The constant changes, lack of transparency, and misleading information left me frustrated and without real coverage when I needed it most. In the end, I had no choice but to take the buyout, but I feel completely misled.If you're considering 2-10 Home Warranty, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Their deceptive practices and poor customer service make this ********************** a waste of money rather than a source of protection.**** Y Claim # ********

    This particular experience with 2-10 Home Warranty was disappointing. The original service request was submitted to address slow drainage, leaks, and a malfunctioning garbage disposal. When a technician from the assigned company visited on March 1, they conducted an assessment and confirmed multiple issues: the garbage disposal was not functioning properly and required replacement, the sink needed to be snaked to address the drainage issue, and there were indeed leaks.While 2-10 Home Warranty covered most of the necessary repairs, they excluded the cost of replacing the garbage disposal. As a result, I was left to coordinate directly with the company for the replacement. They quoted $375 for the labor of installing a new garbage disposal and an additional $124 for purchase of the golf disposal. This pricing was excessive, especially considering that a similar garbage disposal is available at ****** for approximately $129, which suggests that the labor costs were inflated. It appeared that the assigned company was engaging in price gouging for the labor services.I strongly urge 2-10 Home Warranty to carefully review the companies they partner with to ensure their customers are not subjected to unreasonable pricing. This single service request has left a negative impression of 2-10 Home Warrantys commitment to customer satisfaction.

    Scammers. Thieves. Fraudsters. I have only had this company for less than a year after having my previous company for 12 years. My washing machine motor burned out. They sent ****** It was diagnosed and replaced, though it took several weeks for this process to play out. They approved the install of the new washer, but they didn't have a local contractor. I was told to hire my own plumber, pay out of pocket, and submit invoice for reimbursement. When the plumber came to install, the water wouldn't turn off at the washer faucet. He replaced it. When he opened up the wall to do so, he found a leak. He fixed it. I called to tell them, and they said no problem. Then, a week later, the machine backed up and flooded. I submitted a new service order. When the plumber came to snake and fix, he found some other issues with the pipes and clean-out. He fixed them. I paid almost $1500 out of pocket total and submitted the invoices for both visits. I received a check for $100!!! THAT'S IT!!! When I called, they gave me an additional $100 as a refund of my service fee but said that's all I get. They said that for every single one of those repairs, I needed to call and get approval. Seriously? Each time the plumber found another issue, I was supposed to get a "diagnosis", send the plumber away, submit the diagnosis, wait for approval, call the plumber back, repeat? That's insane. That would have taken weeks...or even months!!! ******** customer service. Horrible humanitarians. Horrible communicators.

    A total scam - the builder sold this company as the one to take care of workmanship issues. When I tried to get issues corrected they claimed they dont cover workmanship issues within the first year, despite all the documentation saying so.

    We have had this warranty three years now. We have never had an issue until my daughters refrigerator went out. It was out for over three weeks. They have two small kids. This was unacceptable! It was a bad compressor on a two year old refrigerator. I called and could not get past a supervisor. They promised three different times to call within 24 hours and they did not. The part was over 600 dollars they said to fix. I understand they are a replacement warranty but sometimes you have to make an exception! Who can afford to be without a refrigerator for three weeks with prices as high as they are and with two small kids!!

    Very bad customer service, over an hour waiting on hold, several times. Only to be hung up on and no call backs.They also state in emergency situations, you can have someone fix your problem and get approval later, to be reimbursed.Carbon monoxide poisoning, heater didnt work, during an ice storm and freezing weather, only one place would come out and fix our furnace, the day before Christmas Eve.We all know if you call 2 10 home warranty during that situation, it takes them days if not weeks to get your problems fixed, we had no choice but to call a service technician and pay him directly. We did however get an authorization number from 2 10 **************************, 2 10 home warranty will only reimburse 200 dollars out of over 2000 for the bill on repairs.Stating we received our authorization number after the date aire serve fixed our furnace. We sent them everything on their website, itemized invoice, amounts, authorization number etcI totally disagree with how we were treated, we should have been reimbursed for the full ********* check was 300 minus 100 for whatever deductible they chose us pay, and received a whole 200..I give 2 10 home warranty ZERO stars for a review, on every aspect of their business. And I will be writing reviews on every social media platform I can think of. Do not pay for warranty with this company, you will not receive any satisfaction at all.
