      ****************** is dishonest and is obviously trained to sell you a new hot tub. Business refused to issue a refund for a cover I bought. A part I ordered simply didn't fit, then the sevice guy stole it. I strongly wouldn't recommend, there are much better hot tub stores in town.

      This customer purchased a cover on 12/6/22 was scheduled delivery on 1/20/23 - he declined delivery after the spa was serviced and it was determined that his spa had potential freeze damage - unfortunately this is a special order cover and could not be returned  - he disputed charges on his credit card for the cover but he lost. We delivered cover to his residence on 9/7/23. He has the cover and is not telling the truth - saying we stole parts from him is simply untrue - We tried to work with him as soon as he refused delivery the first time but went straight too refuting the credit card charges - very rude and unpleasant to my staff from the start
