    8/24-26th 2023 ************* and manager.. *********** was awful first I notice there was a Hispanic lady helping me but I think she was a setup so I wont think its her but then black people get there to give bad service, then tried to blame and be mean to the Hispanic girl they were very low class and rude and didnt care if they gave bad service. Im just asking for regular service someone low class bugs the hotel and isnt even important and tells them not to give me good service what kind of business listens to bad advice, then the Mexicans even thought they were royalty, Im sorry they didnt give good housecleaning and then a Punjabi man came to give me food that wasnt from there like he was in a hospital. Then next day I ordered at the restaurant , I can tell the guy following and bug wants to hide what his doing and feels like his real important to other hotels he did this to *********************** hotels to where he would try to act like her friend and that hwy was the owner but I know ***** ,. She knows his not important at all. Please just give me my refund back and no one willl respond to email from the hotel the next day there were white staff but still didnt look like employees.I want my refund for a fake breakfast and one nights stay at least, I think there is guy coming into the owners hotel and telling them what to do without owners knowing and or there permission.f

    The bill total was close to ****** but Im requesting some form of refund, they were really bad.

First of all I do appreciate your feedback about our staff and service unfortunately, as of today we still don't understand what went wrong with your stay or service. You have mentioned my staff by categorize them by their racial background. I wanted to let you know that I am honored to be working with a diverse team members with different background I can assure you that your comments will not be tolerated. In any event if you would like to discuss any lack of service please email me directly to ************************************* A of yet we are not extending any service recovery nor refunds to your recent stay.
