/Deisy Landscaping mowed my lawn. I notified Deisy on June 18 by text that the guys needed to raise the mower blades because they were digging into the ground and leaving bald spots. Then on July 22 I sent another text about sharpening the blades on the mowers because the tips of the grass looked like it had been chewed. On July 23 I sent another text saying there was a problem with their huge mowing equipment and asked for a small mower to be used on my small yard. I said the grass is being smashed down and there are low spots where they turn the riding mower around. Now there were ridges in the lawn. And grass tips were dying because they had been shredded. I sent a photo of the shredded grass blades. They claimed the yard wasn't receiving enough water, which my gardener didn't agree with. They told me to have the gardener take care of my lawn. I asked for $100 towards the expense of repairing and replacing the yard, Revive along cost $24.96. They refused and have not responded since then. I would like them to have to be responsible for the damage to the lawn both in the front (chewed grass tips, divots, bald spots and grooves in the lawn) and the back with bald spots. I told them I would be filing a complaint with the BBB but obviously they didn't care. They "fired" me as a customer. I would like them to pay for the repairs to the lawn.
