We were locked out of our home, and we called you guys on the phone on 09/07/2022. When we spoke to one of the service representatives, we told them about the situation and asked how much it would cost to get us in the house. We also mentioned it was just a simple doorknob. She told us there would be a trip fee of $29, and the service fee starts at $39. When the technician arrived, he told us it would be $250 to open a single door. This door was a simple doorknob, no dead bold, or anything special. We were in shock at the prize, and he told us that since he was called by a mobile app (which we were never told of by you guys), he said the app was the one deciding the prize. Also, you could tell he was inexperienced since he could not open the door with the air pump, and he also attempted to pick lock our sliding door, but he was unsuccessful as well. He ended up breaking our doorknob to get us inside the garage. After that, he was able to open the living door with the air pump and ended up charging us $400. We were taken advantage of, and we were ripped off. We had locksmiths in the past and were charged less than this for more complicated and involved work. We want our refund or a fair price. We await your response. We hope we can solve this problem ASAP, and no need for us to move to the next step of looking at our legal rights.
