**** claimed to be a " cedar siding specialist" and said he could repair woodpecker damage and stain on our mountain home, and repair and paint some stucco and doors. He also quoted, and claimed to be able to repair and stain our deck, and repair and stain the back prch which was sagging. The crew that he sent, did extremely poor quality work and left my home damaged, unsafe and shockingly crappy looking. They stained rotten wood instead of replacing ( until i insisted) did not caulk anywhere, where paint was used ( doors primarily, the house was to be stained) they did no prep on the doors and slapped one coat on, which is not sticking and has already begun to peel. The " repairs" done to my sagging back ***** are so incredibly poorly done that i will likely have to have the porch completely removed and rebuilt! I could continue for pages with the shocking incompetence and complete lack of concern for the outcome! I wish I could attach images, as the work is so bad that it sounds outlandish, but couldn't make this up! **** said he would come back and "fix" the issues, but after he missed two appointments I have been ghosted! I am left to deal with the atrocious mess that those people left behind which will cost thousands of dollars to try to undo the damage that they left behind. AVOID THIS COMANY!!! The people that show up to your house are NOT craftsmen, or even care in the slightest about the safety of your family or the quality of work done to your property. **** and his crew should be ashamed of themselves and are not worthy of your business.

Perez Painters recently painted/stained our mountain home ( including trim and gutters) in an HOA coveted neighborhood.He explained everything that he would do, the process and paints he would use, costs etc and . answered all questions.His crew did an excellent , professional meticulous job and our home looks beautiful again! Several of our neighbors have already commented on his wonderful work.We highly recommend Perez Painters and will hire him again when needed
