    I am reporting an issue regarding my son's membership with Urban Air Aurora. My son has been a member in this park. We had previously called Uban Air Aurora in December 2022 to cancel his membership.To my dismay, I recently discovered that our credit card has been continuously charged for ******************* membership even after the cancellation request was made. These charges have persisted up until now. Consequently, I filed an inquiry on their website and requested their immediate attention to refund all the charges incurred from January 2023 onwards. After filing the online inquiry, I received a message stating that a representative from their team would follow up with me via email or phone. However, it has been three weeks, and nobody has reached out to me. Despite multiple attempts to call them, there has been no response at all.One of the staff members who answered my call in ***** informed me that even if I called their local office number, it would automatically transfer to their home office in ***** if nobody answered locally. Is it possible that my cancellation phone call was answered by a home office staff member who was unable to cancel my membership in Dec 2022? This could be due to internal glitches in their system. It is very disappointing to experience this without proper customer communication.

    SCAMMER ALERT. Their business practice is wrong on so many levels. You sign a contract for 12 months of memberships. However, it doesn't end after a year. They continue charging you the monthly rate until you contact to cancel. The catch? You don't actually get to speak to anyone to cancel. You have to email their membership support email to cancel. I did this - directing them to STOP billing me once my membership ended. That was back in March. 3 months later, they've continued billing me. I emailed them again with proof that I requested they cancel in March. Their reason for continuing to charge me? "We responded to your email with a limited time offer. You did not respond to our offer, so we have continued to charge you". Wait.... WHAT?! I have no proof of their response with any offer, and regardless- you do NOT have the right to continue billing someone because they didn't respond to an offer after they directed you to STOP BILLING THEM. Bunch of scam artists. Explains their D/F rating by the BBB. Oh boy, you have a class action lawsuit coming your way.
