Predatory, Poor communication, Gross misconduct, Facetious, Gas lighting, Lying, Thieves. Take your personal claims ANYWHERE but here. The commercials and reviews are scripted lies. This law firm cost me everything by mishandling my case but also staying blas about it not caring about anything but paying themselves out of my own personal insurance policy, NOT a settlement, OR Personal Injury claim. They refused to target the ones at fault for the accident only after saying they would and stole money from my Auto Policy that belonged to me. They will take YOUR money but then not actually try to get or do anything more claiming its not worth their time. Then why lie and say youre going to help/fight for me? Disgusting Predators, choose ANYONE but ***** ****; YOU WILL REGRET IT.

This is the unprofessionalism I was speaking about. Instead of actually trying to do the right thing or in fact just their job they deny accountability and again make me out to be some bad person. My experience is 100% Real, My life was put at risk by fault of the *********** and the legal team I trusted took my power of attorney and used it against me in the worst way by Not seeking any compensation for medical bills, loss of income, Pain and suffering etc. I was made homeless thanks to false promises made by **, and 5mo later Im still waiting for things to finalize. I wish this was just over already.. I couldve spoken with my own insurance company and handled my claim better and would not have wasted $17k on unnecessary legal representation. Im still suffering from this accident physically, financial as well as mentally especially after regrettably choosing FA as my legal representation. Take my review serious or not, in the end Im sure youd like to feel like a person from their commercials, I know I was hoping to. Wouldn't stop trying to seduce me, *****************, 1980's. I was referred to him by ****** ******* Associates after being hit in a car accident.. He started out with an interview on the accident then went into stalker mode by constantly trying to get together but would take me to a bar to drink. He would say it was to go over my case but it would be a hotel or bar. I was so frustrated one night by his bad behavior that I ran out of the business he took me to and I headed on foot to get away from him. He didn't do anything for me on my case but told me he could lose his attorney license because of his improper behavior. Do not recommend they are the worst Attorneys everything in the reviews are how my case went they take cases to take them and for the money make sure you read the fine print they have you talk to secretary's who aren't even paralegals they don't let you call the Attorney they have to set up conference calls they have you send them paperwork instead of them contacting Dr offices they are the worst don't believe the commercials you see stay clear of themFranklin D. Bad experience and would not recommend. If your case isn't an easy open/close settlement, they won't even bother talking with you past the "first" of like ten screening calls (none of which are conducted by actual attorneys). Their expense ratios were high if they do decide to represent you, so you're probably better off just settling with the insurance adjuster anyways for an easy case. If your case needs to go to court, they'll probably drop you and send a "rescind" letter to your email with no notice, saying they are "no longer representing you". I have had a horrible experience with *******************. I would not recommend them to anyone. I have been going through h*** with them for over 4 years, and my former attorney ******************* falsified settlement offer. I am sorry I believed the ads and ever signed up with this firm and I don't know how to get out of it. A driver ran a red light and I was t-boned, vehicle a total loss. I was assured during the intake interview that they would help me with my property losses, so I signed with them. After signing, I was told by the contact person that they would NOT help me with property loss damages ($15K so far without any fees that would be charged by the firm if I escape) and was told "that was the risk one takes when driving" according to ******** law. Typical bait-and-switch and I have been scammed. I have been told to navigate the insurance of the party at fault with no help from *************. During the last conversation with the contact person assigned to me, the representative made incorrect assumptions and inferences while not listening to me. Been in a accident in 2021,since then I only spoke to the actual associate attorney a couple of times in a 1 year time frame, rest of the time talk to the paralegal or assistant, I had terminated the service from them and had requested all my files so I can hire another firm ,after 3 requests and 2 weeks gone by, I only received a bill that was not itemized along with other paperwork but not the medical files I needed, I am very disappointed of how the firm is not providing any copies of my medical files in a timely fashion as compared to other firms which I had asked they would have provided within a day of requested.Franklin D. Ive had a ongoing case since 2016 and still not a word from them! Never return phone calls, if you do happen to get someone to answer a call they always tell you theyve settled your case and you get a check in 2 weeks!! Well that two weeks has been almost 6 yrs. I had insurance I also had insurance for uncovered motorist. Which would have covered me up to $25,000 I was injured in the accident my car was totaled after calling ******************* and going through a whole bunch of ********. They were able to get me the $25,000 I was owed by my insurance and that was all they got me. Worked with the gentleman named *****, very impersonable and had no desire to even try to get me any more than what I was deserved I would not use ******************* again!! ??????Franklin D. As this consumer states, the $25,000 we obtained for her was the maximum amount of insurance benefits that she could obtain from her insurance company for her accident. We did explore obtaining another form of benefits from her insurance company but we determined the other coverage had properly been rejected. The insurance company promptly agreed to pay the full amount of the coverage that did apply, so we had no other remedy we could pursue for her.
