12/10/2022 I had an appointment for my 2 dogs (Bear) *************** (Benji) Yorkie. I have been going to this place for 5 years. I have only dealt with ****** in the past. This date there is a new person I don't recall having any dealings with in the past maybe once or twice. However, On 12/10/22, I took my dogs in to be groomed. I dropped both of them off around12:30-1:00pm. Normally it takes them 2-3 hours to service both dogs. This day the groomer did not return my pets until about *****pm that night. After calling back to back and having a family call because I felt like something suspicious was going. The groomer told my brohter that she was working on the dogs still and that if I continued to call it would only slow things down. When I dropped them off I asked that I get a **************************************************************** time. Since she was still working on the dogs I had ranned to ******* to get my christmas tree. While in line she called me very aggressive and stated the dogs are ready you need to be here in the next ******************************************************* a 30 min call in advance in which we agreed and that I was in the ******* check out line and will be there shortly. She then calls back 11 mins later saying "Where are you, I am about to close the shop and the dogs will be left here and that she was contacting the police. I was there within 30 mins of the last phone call. While there I knocked on the door she was looking between the crack of the door and refused to open as I am knocking she doesnt answer. I then called the ************************ and explained to them what was going on. They informed me that she had called and told them I was banging on the door and had threaten her with a gun. I informed them that was a lie and all I wanted was my dogs. They came she ended up charging me $321.00 for the service and stated it was late charge fees from this visit and prior visit 2 months ago. I did not have that and could not pay.
