  Saturday, February 22, 2025, done! sent ***** ***** as the tech to my house to replace the kitchen faucet. It had started to leak the night before. This was the part of the faucet head that sprays water and then returns back into the mount.done! had completed some work for me before and I had no complaints.This time, ***** only had shoe covers from his first entrance to my house, but not after the first initial entrance. He had replaced the old faucet head and then had to let the water flow for a very long time before the water even warmed up. I told ***** that my old faucet did not take that long at all. He wanted to blame it on my hot water heater and suggested that I replace it. He wanted to put a sticker on my hot water heater with done! 's name on it. I told him I didn't want him to.After he left I noticed a black plastic piece that I had no idea where it came from. I figured he had accidentally left it behind. Wednesday, the 26th I called done! back because the water wasn't heating up and I told them that I wanted a different tech because ***** wouldn't crawl in the crawl space to to the repair and I didn't know if that was why the water wasn't heating up. They ignored my request and sent ***** back out to my house. I was not happy to see him at my front door again.***** didn't put covers on his shoes at all this time and wanted to argue with me about the amount of time it took to even warm up, and it only warmed up after awhile and never was hot. I showed him the small plastic "thing" that was left behind and he said it belonged with the new faucet but he did not explain very well how I was supposed to use it.I felt nothing but frustration at this point and just wanted him out of my house. I felt I wasn't listened to, was ignored and not respected. This is with done! , not just *****. I felt like done! charged me too much for what I got and what I got was not satisfactory at all. I will not use them again.

  *** ******** showed up on time and was extremely polite. He obviously knew what he was doing and recommended replacing a part which he had in his truck. I will reach out to him should I need his services. I was surprised and grateful that his company had availability considering the artic cold front coming to our area tomorrow. I will happily recommend them to friends and contacts in the future.***** M

  I needed a new hot water heater and *********************** was my technician and did an awesome job! He was very friendly and knowledgeable and would recommend him for any plumbing service needed. We have worked with Done before and will continue to call them when needed. They are very efficient and prompt and keep you informed on everything completed.

  ***************** from DONE Plumbing replaced our water heater yesterday, March 8. The seam in our old water heater. spilled water all over our basement. ** drove all the way from Brighton to Castle Rock and went above and beyond. He even shoveled our driveway. We are elderly and were not able to get to it.. he was efficient and knowledgeable. we always use DONE for our Plumbing needs. This is our fifth job with this company. We have replaced two toilets repaired a bathtub faucet and a cracked pipe in the basement. I would not go to anyone else for my Plumbing needs.

  I had an issue with my garbage disposal. Done came out to correct the issue. They replaced the garbage disposal improperly which lead to not only a terrible leak under my sink, but also a leak in to my basement. I called another plumbing company that repaired it right away. I have on video the leaking that was present due to a poor job. I emailed, tried to send video which does not go through on email, I sent the invoice from the other company, and I asked if I could send the video another way so that **** Eavenston could view. Because of the back of forth and the amount of time that went buy, he just informed me that he will not make good on the issue. It's a shame! I do not recommend this business as they do not show integrity when they do a poor job. Small claims court is my next step.

  The service tech, ***********************, arrived promptly, was friendly and very knowledgeable.He did some careful troubleshooting and answered all my questions regarding my plumbing issues and repair options. I was very happy with his service and would highly recommend him.

  **** (plumber) and **** (electrician) were knowledgable and prompt. They not only answered my questions and got the job done quickly, for a reasonable price, they indulged a couple of 'while I have you here" side quests that I thought of after making the appointment. **** said Done! is the best company he's ever worked for. As a customer, it means something to me to know that they treat their employees well. I know it is reflected in their attitude, from first phone call to follow-up. We've called on Done! for years. Though we did have to call them back out on one occasion (stuff happens), we've never had a bad experience.
