      I called Royal flush, plumbing and heating. I spoke to the owner Royal ******. Hes supposed to do a job for me with drain problem. and we agreed on $4100. He said I need a deposit $2100 I give him $2100 cash to start the job and I never heard from him again Im trying to call him trying to be contact with him. he never answered the phone please I need help thank you very much.

      On 10/09/22 ********************* and ********************* installed plumbing for a tub, shower, and sinks in our master bath. They looked at the tub we had purchased including the location of the drain on the tub. Said everything looked good. We paid 86% of the total cost on 10/09/22. On 12/21/22 **** came back to install the tub, toilet, shower, and sinks. He completed everything but the tub install and said he will be back to install the tub after Christmas. On 12/21/22 he asked for the rest of the payment - we paid him the remaining 14%. However, **** never came back, he told our contractor he was out of town, then he was ill, then out of town and then busy with a big job. Then we finally set dates for him to come and he never showed up. He never came back to finish the job despite being paid in full. We then called another local plumber who came out and told us the plumbing for the tub was not correct and the tub could not be hooked up. Not only that, but the tub we purchased had a center drain and our drain location on the floor was for a left sided drain. We had to purchase another tub with a left side drain and could not return the first tub with a center drain because it was past the return period. We had to pay this plumber $800 to put in the correct pipe on 02/27/23. In summary 1.) we paid **** in full but he did not complete the job despite repeated contacts and his promise he would come out - he never showed up. 2.) He installed the incorrect plumbing for the tub. As a result, we paid in full for a job that was not complete and we had to pay a new plumber to do the unfinished work and to remove the incorrect plumbing and install the proper pipes for a tub. We had to eat the cost of buying a second tub. Total cost to ********************* of Royal Flush Plumbing $4624.20. Cost of first tub $919.99, Cost of new tub $1182.51, Cost of second plumber $800.

      We did work as she has stated.  We did go back numerous times to set the new sink and toilet and shower.  She wanted the surrounding around the back of the tub.  After that I became ill.  2 days before I was released from the hospital, they had hired a different company.  This job was installed as per manufacturer requirements and the husband.  As this was done correctly, we will not be issuing a refund on this job.

      What **** states is false. While he did install our toilet, shower, and sink plumbing fixtures he did not complete the tub install, yet cashed our check for full payment. And the initial drain pipe he installed in the floor was not the proper plumbing, there was no way the tub could have been installed. The facts remain: 

      1. **** did not install the proper drain and piping needed for the tub installation. The drain he installed was NOT installed according to the tubs manufacturer instructions. It was not *************** for any type of tub it was wrong. The pipe he installed had to be removed.  

      2.**** requested and received payment in full but failed to complete the job and ghosted us.

      3.We repeatedly set dates with him, he always had an excuse, after a while he didnt even offer excuses, he just didnt show up on dates he set with us.  

      4. Most importantly, **** took our money without completing the job and installed improper plumbing for the tub.
