    This company installed a new roof in December 2024. The work order included "remove and replace 29.5 SQ. of Presidentialshingles and install NEW flashing pipes and vents." Cost $40, ******. In March 2025, the roof leaked through to the ceiling damaging the interior. According to a damage assessment, flashing around the skylights was not installed correctly and was re-used. The roof is 3 MONTHS old. I want new chimney and new skylight flashing completed correctly, as per my invoice and I want the interior repaired.If not, I want $4000.00 to hire a competent roofer to repair. I've contacted them multiple times since March 4 without satisfactory result.

    Description of complaint: 7/2024 - now Legacy roofing did our roof and gutters. After the completion of the roof and the gutters, the county came out to inspect their work. Their work was not approved by the county. We have been calling and emailing them for four weeks to schedule a time for them to come out to complete the job and fix what is needed from the county for approval. They will not return our calls or our emails to schedule a time to come out. Now, they are sending us bills that we need to pay them for their completed work. Their work is not complete because they have not fixed the concerns from the county. We are very concerned they are not finishing their job and demanding money from us.

    This company installed a new roof but according to my insurance company, this company used the old flashing and did not nail the flashings down. The roof has leaked thru the ceiling, ruined the carpet and wood. The roof is 6 years old. I want new flashings and I want the work completed correctly. I want to be compensated for the damage to my floor.

    As of yesterday, July 18, 2022, Legacy Roofing addressed my roofing complaint by sending roofers to my home to fix the leaking issue.  I believe the problem has been resolved and we can remove the complaint.
