In August of 2023, I accepted a proposal from Ironwood to kill the weeds in my backyard grass, in the rock borders of my yard, and to trim many of my trees. I normally would hand pull weeds from my yard but couldn't due to knee surgery a few months earlier and also the need to be on oxygen 24 hours per day. My wife and I have lived in this house for over 35 years and have always had greyhound dogs that we adopt from rescues. Our backyard has always been pristine except for a few weeds here and there. This spring we noticed that instead of grass growing, most of our backyard was dirt. The grass was dead. I contacted Ironwood and the owner came out and said our dog did the damage. I showed him many years of photos (along with our dogs) in which we had a perfect back yard with zero dirt patches. He argued with me and yelled about my dog. As he stormed off, he said he would refund everything and mail the check the next day. I had to email him my complaint about the tree trimming since he left in such a hurry. I hired a company to resod my backyard at a cost of over $2,300.00. The owner suggested I take him to court and let a judge decide this issue. I prefer to use BBB. His website states that he is BBB accredited but your website says his company is not.
