    Single mom first car buying experience.July 29, 2023 Test drove vehicle we were told we could not take on the highways to test drive.Aug, 3 2023 Bought the 2012 Infiniti qx56 Aug.3-7 2023 Drove exactly 561 miles after purchase.After visiting my father in ******** who is bed ridden with MS. *** car started sputtering on the way home.Aug 7, 2023 pm I called immediately to let Hatem (@CAS) know. Aug 9, 2023 We Had my mechanic out to diagnose the car the car for him.***** called and said he would put a warranty on the car (after it was sold) to the tune of $1800-$2200 (adding gaskets and seals) so that any and all issues would be fixed and covered under warranty, for 18 months! Aug. 12, 2023 I signed warranty papers.Was told that I had to wait ***** days to turn the car into warranty (as this was illegal to do) without being caught for selling the warranty after the purchase. So he could avoid paying for the car to be fixed on his own and to avoid any sort of punishment.***** then called his mechanic, his mechanic told him to take the loss, have me return the car and give me my money back, Reverse the transaction and do what is right.Leaving that day *** plan was to have the car towed to his mechanic on Monday Aug 14,2023 in the morning. And get my check from him.Aug 12, 2023 pm- Received a phone call from Hatem, he said lets try to fix the issue first if the 2 solinoids are replaced and an oil change is done and the car still does not work then I will give you your money back.Aug 28, 2023 I Picked up the parts Aug 29, 2023 parts were installed.*** car is NOT fixed.*** car DOES NOT DRIVE! He told me I bought the used car and there is nothing he can do, now No word from Hatem!Sept. 26, 2023 Towed to *********************************** *************** Total estimate $ ********* (attached)
