I came to see her on a 27Apr2024 due to my clinic being closed that I take my dog to. She up charged me, same price as emergency veterinarian services. She refused to release my dog's test results to my vet office (as she tries to force you to make her your primary vet), just as other's have complained about, and would not provide an itemized list of charges. They said they'd send my records over and then flat out refused to my vet office. She hasn't allowed people to come inside since 2017; yet used COVID as a reason in 2020, and now it's she has cancer. She will call you, you will never see her face or be allowed inside the building. You either go home or wait for your dog in the car. Indeed shows past employees that are real reviews stating a lack of cleanliness, no safety protocols for anesthesia, unprofessional, outdated practices and equipment. She holds your records hostage because she gets mad you leave her or you go back to your real vet. It took my vet office dealing with her several times and me threatening going to the board to get her to release my dog's medical records to my vet for follow-up appointments. Well I realize when I went to submit my insurance claims that she never provided itemized list of charges. I requested from her 4 September by end of day to provide it or I would be reporting her, and she ignored me. ****** reviews are very easily manipulated with fake reviews which is very obvious on her ****** business page, but if you look you'll find some real ones and Yelp will speak on the real ones too. The office manager at my vet has had the same exact problem with this specific veterinarian. It is unacceptable to withhold a dog's critical medical records and proof of charges. I have no idea what she charged me $500 for. I did not approve many of the things she supposedly charged me for, but there's no cost association with any of the tests. I have no idea what the $500 went to. **************************
