    On 02/06/25 I purchased clothing items totaling to $833.75 under order number ********. One of the items purchased was product number ***** and listed on the website as "Organic Cotton Kids Socks | Grodo *****, 100% Organic cotton". I purchased a quantity of 4 of these socks, size 3 (***** *** in the color navy and totaling to $31.80 ($7.95 per sock). Upon receiving the socks, three of them were packaged together, and one was packaged separately. I did not notice, initially, any discrepancy between the socks besides their packaging. Once I washed them per the instructions on cold and air dried them, they shrunk a little bit, as cotton expectantly does. However, it was then that the socks took on their true shape and I realized that three of the socks were of one cut/shape/style while the fourth was of a different cut/shape/style. I looked up the picture of the product on the website, and the photo on the website matched the single fourth sock, not the other three. I contacted the company via email with photos of all four socks, a screenshot of the product purchased from their website, and a photo showing the differences in cut between the singular sock and the three other socks. The company emailed me back stating the four socks were all labeled product ***** and that they would not accept returns due to them having been washed and the return window expired (the last two statements are true, however the visual and fit differences of the socks cannot possibly be categorized as the same ***** product, they are totally different). I only received one sock out of four that was comparable visually to the product shown on their website as *****. The company was short (rude) with me via email, did not offer any help pertaining to this issue, took no responsibility for shipping me the wrong socks (a mistake they made despite my mistake of not noticing earlier), when I replied to their email they ceased communications, and their website will not allow me to leave a review.
