I received my order and decided I wanted to get a size down instead. However, I used a welcome discount code, so I emailed them asking how I can exchange for an even return. The customer service has been beyond horrible. I had no real responses, only a happy returns label and no instruction on how the exchange would work. After multiple emails asking questions and realizing Im probably messaging a computer, I didnt want to support this company and wanted a refund instead of an exchange. I then asked for a refund, and to be assured if I returned the item I wouldnt receive a store credit. The next response from them was please provide your phone number and I did. No call, so I responded again and got the same please provide your phone number message!!! I order a LOT of online clothes, from big companies to independent businesses. This has by far been the worst and most frustrating experience.Business Response

Ordered maternity clothing in my first trimester. Ended up wearing it later on in my pregnancy once it was able to fit me and broke out from rashes and was itchy from the clothing. The company did nothing but offer discount code for a future purchase and they dont offer maternity clothing . **************** was awful. I don't think there is much more we can do here. I'm sorry that this customer has not had a great experience. Our CS team works hard to ensure customers are happy with their purchase. We have policies that we ask them to uphold and returning product well beyond the return policy opens our small business up to a lot of negative impact. There was an error on the order (multiples of items ordered when I only selected 1). I contacted the company immediately as I had not been charged for the items and the order had not been filled. Two days later, I finally got a response from customer service saying that they can't change an order once it had been filled. The response saying this came 2 minutes after the order was filled - an odd coincidence?!?!?Business Response

I have been a customer for many years, purchased clothing for my family. And even kept and donated items that were simply made wrong and poorly. -Last two orders I placed in order to get the *same exact item*, both times it was not sent to me.For the second order, I was sent an email saying the item was not available so I contacted them trying to cancel the order but they said cancelling was not possible. I suggested I should reject the order/RTS and they said if I did that I wouldn't be refunded (which is theft or a plain lie in order to do what they did next). So then when I asked for a return label to sent it back without rejecting the package they said some items were not returnable and that I had to keep them. !!!What a nice trick! Im still trying to get my $700 back from both orders which I sent back. 1. After much back and forth and me repeating myself I gave the customer serv person ***-***** feedback on the customer service saying I was disappointed and she called me rude for that.2. I recommended the company not send incomplete orders without approval or at least being able to cancel an order or process a return if thats how they will be sending it.3. The customer was not charged for the double gauze item ever, as it was not in stock, not shipped and not possible to be returned. The other item in the first order was final sale, and not eligible for return. We have processed returns for all items that we have a record as being returned. Additionally, many of the items the customer is requesting a refund for were noted as final sale at the time of purchase and not eligible for returns/refunds. These are all the items she has noted that include "Clearance" in the title. If the customer can provide evidence that she returned the non-final sale items listed in teh 2nd order, we'd be happy to process a refund for those items.Customer Answer

Yes one item was final sale but the entire order was not and I am still waiting for my refund for the entire order as it was sent back.
None of the return options I was given worked so I had to send back the entire order by selecting only one item for return yet ALL ITEMS were returned and Wear Pact supposedly has no looked at the box to confirm returns. What company does not check their returns to make sure items are actually sent back?
At this point you are acting like crooks who first lie saying that undelivered/return to sender items wont be refunded and then don't give working return options for returnable items.

We process returns systematically, and the customer did not include the items requested in the systematic return. All items included in that return were refunded. This is a customer who returns the vast majority of items ordered and appears to be trying to take advantage of a small company. It sounds like Wear Pact is trying to take advantage of people putting them in an impossible situation and blaming it on a computer system.
In what way am I trying to take advantage of a small company I supported when I ordered items and indeed sent them back!
Is it taking advantage to have to look in the box because your system had a "glitch" after I was told no cancellation was possible, I could not reject the package either!!! and then you could also NOT provide me a label yourself! ****! Nice trick!

I never received my items, they refused to help me and I got nothing from **** and tracking still shows package is lost. I tried filing with my CC and they still refused to give me my money back. This package was delivered and shows as being delivered. We are a small business that can't refund when customers are not honest about delivery status. It leaves us vulnerable to fraud. Tracking is below showing delivery on 2/6 in ******* (where the customer lives).

I placed an order with PACT on 10/19/23 for $223.34. Order #PW11800248. It was for 3 items. On 11/3/23 I returned one item and exchanged another. Got a refund of $72.32 on 11/3.I placed another order on 11/2/23, #PW118427348, for a second pair of the exchanged item because they went on sale for $51. This order was for 3 items. On 11/18/23 I returned 2 of the items from #PW118427348, and got a return of $124.43.On 11/18 I also returned the exchanged item from order #PW11800248 and was refunded $72.32.After wearing once and washing the two pants remaining were defective in my option, poor quality and elastic was already giving out. I messaged their customer service and they sent me a return label for both of them. Even though they were from different orders. I returned both, on 11/30/23 and got a confirmation email but no refund. I called on 12/15 and they said the returns went through but I told them they did not. I was refunded $72.32. Which was a few dollars short of what one pair cost. I've since called at least 7-8 times and email with their customer service. They keep telling me I've been refunded. But I'm still $54 short, the pant that was on sale.All the items from both orders have been returned. The total for both orders is ******, and I've been refunded ******. I have proof on the returns though emails from Happy Returns but all my efforts to explain to them fall to deaf ears. They just keep telling me I've been refunded. I will obviously never shop with them again butI I feel these business practices are criminal. I have proof of my purchases and proof of my returns yet there seems to be no way to get them to refund me. I've contacted my credit card company but not sure what they can do.Business Response

The company continues to advertise organic cotton products but I purchased 3 different batches of clothes in the last year and I highly question the credibility of their claims. None of the products had the quality of organic cotton. Instead, every singly item was sharp and appeared to be polyester or nylon with very little cotton. An item with 95% of organic cotton and 5% elastane should not be stretchy to the level their products are. This company sells very low quality cotton while portraying themselves to be organic cotton provider. Their leggings are very badly sewn and fell apart with one cold was only. Please investigate in what is being advertised and what is being sold. Items bought. I ordered two pairs of tights and a shirt for my birthday on November 6th- the amount showed up on my credit card so I thought everything was ok. I noticed I did not get a confirmation email from them like I normally do and started to enquire about November 19, They said they never got my order but the amount is still on my credit card and has never been refunded. You get two line answers from them and no information or real help. it takes way too long for them to get back to you.
