    I paid a deposit of $5,500 to Glass Doctor of Boulder on June 7th, 2023 for window replacement for my home. As of today, the windows have not been replaced. I have reached out to the business via phone four times over the past 3 weeks as well as sending an email that has not been responded to.

    A representative from Glass Doctor Boulder came to our home on 6/28 for an estimate on replacing a single window pane. The engagement took no longer than 10 minutes to measure the pane and give me a price quote for the service. The rep said that it would take roughly two weeks to order the window and that they would take half payment onsite that day, then the other half upon completion of the service. The rep mistakenly charged me for the full amount of the job ($386.66) and was concerned that he may get in trouble for doing so. I told him that it was okay, just send me a receipt and let me know when to expect a call to schedule the install. Two weeks have now gone by with zero communication (no receipt was ever sent, no call to schedule the service, I have left several voicemails at their office with no return call). I am needing resolution on this issue as we were tenants living in the rental property and need to show proof of the window being repaired to the landlord.
