    - May 27, 2023 - $869.00 I have not visited ***************** since October 2022 and I requested cancel my membership as well. I provided medical documentation as my reason to cancel my membership in November 16th 2022 as requested. I attempted to follow up December 22, 2022. The gym contacted me via phone call in February 2023 stating I could cancel for $270 after I was already charged $869.00. This information was not provided prior to charging my card. I disputed ***************** with my bank but they charged me again. I am requesting a full refund to have the funds ($869) sent back to my account. I did not receive any refund from my bank nor *****************. And I did not authorize ***************** to charge my account. ******************************************************************************************************** ************

    This complaint has nothing to do with our business. We do not own, manage, support, or do any billing in relation to ****************** We are a sales office that handles merchant services for businesses. We do not work directly with consumers.

    Our contract with ****** credit card processing ended in September 2021. Beginning in September a company called Compliant Processing began deducting $19.95 each month from our bank account which was never authorized by ** but was initiated by ******. ******************************* were both notified that we were no longer using ****** services, and that Compliant Processing fees should be stopped immediately. However, they continued each month and continue to this day, even after repeated calls, emails, and letters to both ****** and Compliance Processing. We don't even know what they are charging this for, or even who they are for that matter. They have never reached out to ** in any way, until April 18 when they sent an email stating that our "PCI Compliance Certification needs to be renewed" - even though our current credit card processor has been fully handling our PCI compliance since October 2021 without any connection to this Compliant Processing company.

    This complaint was also filed, and responded to,  with the ******** ********** of *** Consumer Protection Section.

    This client enrolled in services with us in September of 2021. We enrolled them in credit card processing services with *************** Services. Previously, this client was using ************** Services. Part of the services this client enrolled in with us included PCI certification, which had a monthly cost of $19.95. This account was open and actively processing until February 21, 2023 with no issues. It was at this time that the client stopped using their account with us, However, they did not notify us, or the merchant services provider (Elavon) that they wished to discontinue services with us. When we responded to the CO DOL compliant, we indicated to the client that their account was still open and would not be closed until we received confirmation from the client that they would like the accounts closed. We have not yet received that confirmation or any communication from the customer.

    I have attached our response to the CO DOL compliant, as well as the enrollment form for the services they were charged the $19.95 a month for.
