Jul16 ar 210pm - I got a call from Gush the most condescending old grouchy lady called me to tell me i owe them like ***** dollars or my business account SANITAS HANDYMAN LLC. I tried to explain to her that i went to the branch IN PERSON and talked to one of their "business accounts SPECIALISTS" to close my account and they closed it . And this old grouchy lady kept interrupting to tell me something like they keep they account open for an extra 10 days and that is how it went past the 1st AS IF THAT IS MY MISTAKE. Then she was like ... well i need to talk to a supervisor to wave this fee ... AS IF IT WAS MY MISTAKE ... And she was ********* kept interrupting me saying NON STOP ... *************************************** then when i told her to stop doing that she literally hanged up on me.Business Response

Elevations opts to make money from its contract with ***************************, a check-order company, rather than taking care of its members. *************************** is impossible to contact, has no posted way to return a product they sent without my ordering it, and charges ridiculous amounts for checks plus a non-negotiable $21.99 delivery charge. Ridiculous. If you play stupid games, you win stupid prizes. Watch how fast members will find another way to order checks.Business Response

They did the same shenanigan that my last credit union of 20 years did ... they "upgraded" their system and now nothing works ... my accounts they all had nicknames to budget for each category .. and they are gone ...it says FREE CHECKING and i have 2 memberships and a dozen accounts..... i tried to call them and the system told me i am the 105 person ... one hundred and 5th person in line ....Business Response

Elevations does not provide phone service at their branches. You have to call the only number they give and you get put in line with all the other people that can't call their branch. As soon as my loan is paid off, I'm never using Elevations CC again!Business Response

To Whom It May ********* have loan on property in ****, ** with Elevations Credit Union. Upon taking the loan, Elevations charged me ************************** due to the *** in excess of 80%. However, over the past 36 months since I've had the loan, property values have appreciated. Currently, a conservative estimate of my property value is $800,000 with the principal balance of $557,432 (less than 70% loan to value) For the past 12 months, I have asked Elevations to remove the *** ($167/mo) due to the appreciation and resulting change in loan to value. Elevations caught me in a technicality, saying that I have a delinquent payment in the last 12 months. While technically correct, the "delinquent payment" was due to a change in escrow value which I did not update as of June of last year. I did pay the mortgage, but b/c of the change in escrow value, they did not credit the payment as I was approximately $25 short. I have called multiple times, to which Elevations claim they will look into this due to my credit rating (800+) and the unique nature of this "delinquent" payment. Each and every time, I get a form letter stating that due to the "delinquent" payment, I am not eligible. After calling this morning, I was once again told that I am not eligible until September '23. I find this wholly unacceptable. In a world where ***** continuously make egregious errors in practice, how is it possible, that a hard-working, bill-paying ******** is allowed to be gouged out of $2000 per year? The cynic would say that Elevations Credit Union realizes that I have a loan at 3.5% and they realize they are losing money, so they attempt to recoup with erroneous charges and fees that are unjust.I would appreciate a response at your earliest convenience.Regards,*******************Business Response
