      Unauthorized subscription renewal over drafted my account, now facing a possible eviction due to insufficient funds in my bank. F*** YOU Outsider Magazine!

      They are not compliant with the CAN-SPAM act which requires the ability to unsubscribe from their emails. Don't be fooled by the link at the bottom of their emails. The link is broken. They add your email address to 6 - 9 other email lists for other companies they own. There is no "contact us" page with a email address or phone number.They spam you to death.

      Horrible company. I bought two items from their shop. They didn't confirm the purchase and I wrote in for 9 days every day asking for confirmation or shipping info. After the 9th day I started a recovery process through my credit card as I was suspicious I had been scammed. After 10 days, they wrote back and said they are canceling my order as I had started a process of recovery with your Credit card. The refund still has not come 5 days later, despite writing in every day. I will never order from this business again, and suggest you shop elsewhere. This is definitely the worst retail experience I have ever had and the worst part is the business does not seem to care at all.

      Promised a $20 discount on 1 activity after signing up. The discount never materialized nor it is possible to talk to anyone at the company! Impossible to cancel subsciption They sure SUCK!

      I would give a ZERO if I could. I have never received the ************ that I paid for in Feb 2022. I have the invoice. I have made several attempts to contact them via email. They reply with directions to cancel subscription, but need to sign into account. It doesn't accept my password and when I do "forgot password", it never sends me the email to reset. I am now going to request new credit card from bank so at least I don't have to pay for another year!DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM OUTSIDE.

      Outside offered an Outside+ membership for $99. What they didn't offer was any actual content. I could never access my Outside+ content and complaints are ignored and trivialized. It is definitely a scam. I would recommend, should you want to read any of their magazines, buying single issues at your local bookstore. That way, you actually get what you pay for
