On July 3 2024 I dropped my truck off for dervice at Boulder Dodge. On July 5 I recieved a call that my truck was ready to be picked up. On July 9 2024 I went to pick up my truck. I found the truck was left unlocked, my doors were left ajar, and at least $4,500 worth of tools/equipment were taken from both inside the truck and from the truck bed, which was secured with a hard sided topper, and locked when I dropped it off. The truck was left parked right in front of the building, not in the secure gated area where customer trucks are normally parked for service. There were no signs of forced entry, and the dealer had the key to my camper topper (attached to my main truck key fob). I asked to speak to the general manager, and I was told he wasnt working. I walked around and actually found him at his desk, he just had no intertest in talking to me. I asked if he would help me file a claim through the dealers insurance, and he said absolutely not, and he was done talking to me. I asked for the owners contact info, which the general manager refused. He eventually gave me a phone number, which was just the general line for the dealership. My truck should not have been left in an unsecured area with no cameras when the dealership has an area for parking customer vehicles. It seems like someone in the service department noticed my valuables, unlocked the camper with the key they were left, and took it for themselves. I found my stolen property on ******** listed for sale by someone who I believe works at this ram dealership. The dealership is not willing to help at all. They told me that it mustve been broken into when they were closed on the 4th of July. But they then called me on the 5th informing me that my truck was ready to be picked up, so something does not add up there. This dealership either left my truck unlocked and unsecured, or someone who had access to my key took my items out of my truck.

I am rejecting this response because:

Boulder Dodge has not made any attempt to contact me in any way.  The General Manager, ************************* made it clear he WOULD NOT talk to me or help in any way when I reported the incident to him. This was when I first discovered that Boulder Dodge was negligent and left my truck completely unlocked outside of their dealership.  They have made zero attempts to contact me since I picked my truck up and filed a complaint.

    Complaint: 21965766

I am rejecting this response because:

The dealership left my truck unlocked. Their negligence was the reason my personal belongings were stolen. Boulder Dodge basically assisted in the theft because they left my truck completely unlocked.  Boulder Dodge should be responsible for replacing my belongings or paying my $1,000 deductible to make a claim for theft.

I am rejecting this response because:

The dealership has not tried to contact me.  After the dealership wrote multiple times via BBB messages that they tried to contact me (which was false), I called the dealership to see if they had a message for me since they claim they've been trying to contact me.  They still did not want to talk to me.  It is absolutely false that the dealership has been in contact with me, they have made zero effort to contact, and have been unresponsive when I try to contact them.  The dealership was negligent, left my truck unlocked on their property, and should be responsible for covering my $1,000 insurance deductible.

    Sincerely,

Took my ram pick up truck to get serviced because it was making a humming noise coming from the front passenger side wheel. Well, I told them I believe it was the wheel bearing which after a week they decided it was the front differential and ended up replacing it under my third-party warranty, but at the cost of my $200 deductible, which ended up not being the problem when I got it back it still had the same noise so they replaced the case for no reason I went back the next day because the truck was riding really bad and the front felt like something was loose so I it back the next day and tried to talk to the manager, which wasnt there at the time so I tried to get a hold of him for two weeks making phone calls almost every day to try to reach him and the employees told me they would give him my information and number, but he would never call me so I gave up at the moment but now the truck rides worse and Im trying to talk to them to make a appointment to see if we can figure something out this time and Ive been confirmed by another shop that I am right and they messed up when installing the front differential my problem is that order for me to take the truck for them to fix it Id have to pay another $200 deductible $600 went to waste because they didnt fix my problem just made something worse plus another thousand dollars to rent a vehicle for two weeks that they will have it for to fix it if not longer cost more money so Id like to take it back and get it fixed. I dont mind paying the warranties deductible again making it now $600 but I dont want to spend another $1000 plus to get a rental so they can fix what they messed up

They told me all it needed was a sensor. A week later they said it was ready. They charged me $188 for requesting they also look at the shifter recall that I keep getting told about. My wife dropped me off (a hour away) and left to get to my daughters horse riding ******* After getting in and driving a few miles down the road the check engine light came back on with the same codes. Nothing had been fixed. I turned around and brought it back. I asked for a loaner due to Mopar not reimbursing me for the first rental. They came back multiple times and eventually said they can only give me a ride home. I also tried to get a refund for the $188 and the service manager *************** told me no because I mentioned the shifter therefore they had to charge me even though the reason I brought it up was from the recall notice I received. They acted like they were going to to me a huge favor and get my truck in first thing in the morning. I went out to get my ride home and they proceeded to tell me I needed to pay for gas. After arguing back and forth they eventually let the gas money go. The next day they called me and said they did a forced regen, reset the lights and that its fixed now. Knowing that it will not be fixed until I get a new DPF because I had taken it an actual mechanic I asked them to drive it until the lights come back on then address the problem. They called me 3 hours later and said the lights never came back and that it is fixed. I had a friend drive me 1 hour up there to get it. They told me normally we charge $250 for the regen but we will call it even not only is that a lie because its covered under warranty, I dont believe they did a thing other than reset the lights. I believe they were trying to get me far enough down the road before the check engine light came back on so I wouldnt come back. Well I made it 5 miles down the road and the check engine light came back on. I was told if I keep driving it, the truck can and will catch on fire.

I am rejecting this response because: Im tired of the lies. I have not been contacted or attempted to be contacted. Here are pictures of my email with anything involving Boulder dodge Ram, also all my missed calls in the past week (I can go back further if needed). I just want my money refunded. They charged me for something that should have been covered under a recall then claimed that I asked them to check non warranty/recall items. Then when Ram headquarters called them to get me a rental reimbursement check, they lied and said I denied all services, repairs, took my truck and left. That caused an extra headache for me. My truck was at this facility for weeks, I told them exactly what the issue was and they ignored me. The next dealership fixed it no problem and my truck has been ************* since. The dealership that fixed it said the dpf was actually falling apart for the inside out. I can show that paperwork too if needed. If this does not get resolved with my money refunded I will be going to ram headquarters to dispute it.

    Sincerely,

    *******************

Still no follow up.Contacted The manager ***** this guy couldnt be bothered to get off his ****. Told me He runs the store, but cant cancel extended warranties. Received a call from **** on 07/14/2023, I was busy so he left a voicemail. In the voicemail, he states he had previously canceled the extended warranty.

This is acceptable as long as it was done. I would like to see the paper trail to ensure it was completed.

He also said that there was a GAP check on his desk. Why? Why is it not in the mail?
The level of incompetence is beyond reason.

I have placed over 12 calls to Boulder Dodge Chrysler and multiple emails.

At this point, the damage is done.

I am rejecting this response because:

Received a call from **** on 07/14/2023. Our last call prior to this was on 06/01/2023 where I again requested for the extended warranty and GAP to be canceled.

On 07/14/2023 his voicemail states that he had previously canceled the warranty. With all the different stories I have received, this response is unacceptable without a proper paper trail to document when the warranty was canceled.
He also stated that he had a GAP Check on his desk. I don't understand why they haven't put it in the mail? Surely they have my address? Copy of my driver's license?

The level of incompetence is beyond reason. I am done with the back and fourth with Boulder Chrysler Dodge Jeep.

On May 2, 2022 I purchased a Audi A6 from this dealershipas well as the recommendedwarranty. ****** the salesman that assisted me made it pretty quick, simple, and I thought at the time informative. The longest part of the sale, about 3 hours of sitting in the lobby, was what ****** said was the mechanic detailing the car and working on the brakes before I was able to take it home that day .****** asked that I brought it back 2 days later so the mechanic could finish working on it, for half a day. So I agreed. The initial drive home was a learning curve to say the least. Gas and brake pedals extremely touchy as well as tire pressure low lights flashing and coolant low light . Took it back on agreed day. Told them of the issues. They must have cleared the codes. . I paid for all new tires even though before I even took it for test drive they pulled it out of garage with an almost flat tire, and would literally only let Me drive it around the block. On June 14, 2022 MY mother called me in the middle of the night said my father had been rushed to **************** hospital (from *****) for an emergency surgery. So I dropped everything and left, to **************** to be there with my dad. On June 16, 2022 Driving down the freeway after dropping off a longtime family friend that was also visiting my dad, now in recovery unit from a blood infection and gall bladder emergency removal. The vehicles dashboard goes berserk telling me to stop the car and turn it off immediately, I did this as soon and as quickly and safely as I could being Interstate 25 the traffic was insane it took a little bit. But no more than 2 minutes. Called my insurance company they had it towed to the local meineke. I paid cash for the diagnostic. The result was a seized engine. **************** had it towed to ********* 2 blocks away same diagnosis. Had it towed to audi they wouldn't honor warranty. Paid 500 to tow it to dealership. Still the warranty company denies claim. I'm stuck paying ****

I am rejecting this response because: Boulder Dodge offered to fix my vehicle costing me ******** out of my pocket with a ******** deposit. I am failing to see how this is helpful when this repair is going to cost me almost as much as I spent on the vehicle . I blew through all the money I had in savings on the emergency trip I took to ****************, when the vehicle left me stranded. So anything short of repairing my vehicle at no cost to me is not acceptable.

I am rejecting this response because: I originally offered to pay for the engine had there been some sort of financing offered for it. I was also told they were going to work with me. In what way I don't know. There was never financing or any other type of help offered. I offered to pay had they been able to give me some sort of  financing, because I have NO vehicle, and Now am about to lose my job because Boulder dodge has taken so long in making a seemingly easy fix into this long drawn out process for a vehicle they sold to me that had so many issues going on and they obviously covered up. Not even a loaner car was offered. In my opinionThis is a classic form of BULLYING!
