    I was sent a scare tactic video to order this product. I ordered three bottles of this product at checkout. It showed that I ordered nine bottles and I was charged for nine bottles of this product. I immediately tried to call the company and let them know I did not order nine bottles I ordered six bottles. They were very rude. They would not help me. They told me there was nothing they were willing to do and that I was stuck with the product. I then explain to them that I did not order nine bottles and I wanted to be Refunded immediately since I called them within one minute of ordering the three bottles and being advised that I paid for nine bottles they told me that the shipment had already been processed and sent. There is no way this could've happened within a minute. I am still not getting any resolve And at this point I don't want any of the product, but I definitely feel that I should be reimbursed for the six bottles that I did not order the company hung up on me twice.

    Opened only one bottle and used. Not satisfied with product. Wanted to return unused bottles. Talked to one lady and asked for shipping address. She asked me to give the bottles to a friend and that she will issue a 50% refund straight away. She has not done that. Later emailed ***** who has been sending marketing materials by email. No answer from her either. I now feel that this may be a scam. They are not serious about money back within 6 months promise they make when selling the product.

    First: my name is ***** not Benz (bunch of idiots) I found the product to work as advertised for me. I completed my first order and after almost a year I found issues returning so I ordered THREE bottles. I only agreed to pay for THREE. They decided to put me on a recurring order. When I got the second set of 3 I started trying to contact the company to get a refund and return. No answer on contact phone # and email Addresses bounce. This week I was billed for and received 3 additional bottles. I want a refund and I want THEM to pay for return shipping. I don't care if this product is the ONLY relief, I will never buy another bottle from this fly by night company

    I'm a senior with a history of good health until rent increases cause me to move after 23 years from a 2 bdrm house to a temp share room/bath with 20 stairs to ***************** items in Storage. After reaching in Storage I pulled what I thought was a Gluteus muscle. I had no prior nerve. On 5/25/24 I ordered 3 bottles & a 4th at the reduced price. Having used supplements for years, I believed 3 mo use wd be good. I received the product almost 10 days later. Before the product arrived, I realized I gave the compay my rent $. I called 6/03 at *** return store to confirm TN "Fulfillment address." Customer rep offered 35% "coupon" off what I paid. I said no, I wanted to wait for doctor **** on 6/17 to be sure I need. She offered 50% off. I said ok & received NO confirm email. I felt I couldn't trust them. On 6/4 I called, spoke with "Melody" who listened better. There was no record of my prior call. She said she had a "final" "coupon" of 75% off price. She confirmed I would be refunded $173.90 and the company would receive $57.90 for all product. As a former legal secretary, I have dealt with many vendors. This was a rare experience. I firmly asked for a confirmation #. After 24 hrs I got email statement saying I will receive refund for $57.90! I sent an email each day asking for clarification, finally saying I would seek assist for this poor customer treatment. I won't use product if I cannot trust the company to back their 180 day guarantee--no reasons needed. I can provide package raceipt and the email statement.

    Regarding my complaint of 6/7/24, Complaint #********, I cant believe I trusted this company. As stated I wanted to see a doctor before I use an unknown product. Since filing my complaint, Irealized that in addition to paying $195.94 (for 3 bottles) I naively accepted the 3d bottle offer for $35.93, so Sciatiease received $231.87 for my purchase. The statement attached to the complaint omits the 75% return to customer on that small but significant amount for the 4th bottle, $35.93. The company twisted the Customer **** ******* statement that I would get a refund of 75% of the product. I wouldve bee happy with 50% of the total taken from my debit card of $231.87.
     
    Aso, please note I found the product listed as a leading product for Sciatica issues on AMAZON! If I had bought from Amazon I wouldve received refund asap. Amazon should be notified of this fraudulent compay.
     
    Also I checked scam search and learned that a leading scam checker gave a rating of 62-64% TRUST LEVEL!

    Nature of complaint:  Not honoring refund request and ignoring further customer contact.
     
    Date Problem Occurred: 6/04/24 when fraudulent statement via email was received with no further contact or reply to my refund requests.

    Salesperson: original male rep named ***** (?). 2d female rep very intent on denying refund, giving first 35% savings, at which time I said I must see doctor and needed refund immediately. She stated the could lower the amount to 50%, at which time I said ok though that seemed illogical. She said I would receive refund immediately into my account that day (which seemed odd). 2d **** ****** pushed for the 75% coupon that would refund me $173.90 to be received in 7-10 business days. I pushed for a Confirmation number, which I see now was fake. I wondered at their selling cheap but didnt realize it was because they would turn the amount around. 
     
    Product/Service: Nutritional supplement for (allegedly) healing Sciatica Nerve damage. 
     
    Model #: Simply basic Sciatiease capsules of herbs and several B vitamins (allegedly)
     
    Account #: No formal account created. Transaction ID: ********* per (fraudulent email re distorted refund.) 
     
    Order #:  #D866316E10 on email statement of 6/05/24 at 9:50 am stating refund incorrect amount $57.96, the amount they were to be paid and refund the balance of $173.90. 
     
    Purchase Price: Total of $231.87 (includes bottle #4) was debited from my account on 5/24/24. The fraudulent refund of $57.97 was to be their payment. To date, 6/08 I have not received the refund of either amount. 
     
    Payment: as stated above, $231.87 (which is what I need for rent by the 15th of June) I paid trusting that the product might help pain. But after their fraudulent actions, I could not trust the product but do not where to return unused bottles. 
     
    Disputed Amount: $173.90. At this point I epect a refund in full for $231.87.

    There is some clear confusion here with what had transpired on the account. I can see and verify that the agent's did correctly refund TWO amounts to you. You had two transactions with us, which we offered a refund on each transaction. With that being said, there would show two separate refunded transactions. Each issued on 06/05/24 for $115.94 and $57.96. Which both can take anywhere between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect. 

    Typically some of our customer's do mention our confirmation emails are sent and show up in a Spam , Junk or Promotional folder in your gmail/yahoo etc. We recommend to check that as likely that is where the refund confirmations ended up. Which yes, are system auto generated emails once we process the refund. 

    What we have done for you today is issued the remainder of the refunds for you. $35.93 and $22.04. All we ask is to make sure to return any unopened product back to us to avoid any mishaps with the two new refunds we issued. That makes it we gave a full 100% refund back to you. If you have any questions or concerns please let us know.

    On September 9, 2022, I ordered 3 bottles of SciatiEase from this company. They state that they have a 6 month money back guarantee. I called them after about a month and stated they were not working. They said to complete using them to see if they start working. They still did not work. When I attempted to contact them for a refund, a recording stated that number was no longer in service, ************. I found another number for them on line, ************, and it would not even connect. I paid $177.00 for these items on my Master Card and now I can not reach them for a refund. I am a retired senior citizen. This is not right... They should stand behind their product, as they advertise... Todays date is 1 March 2023.

    I purchased the Sciatiease product for sciatic leg pain. The product started giving me severe heartburn and I threw up. I asked for a refund and they said customers usually opt for 50% off. I agreed, then changed my mind the next day and asked for an address to return the product. At this point I kept getting the run around and they refused to give me my full money back even though the claim the following: that they will give 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I need to be able to get my money back and return the product.

    July 2,2022 Purchased this product for my pain with sciatic nerve. Took capsules for 2 weeks then started getting cramps. I e-mailed them 5 times plus a phone call with no response. Has 90 day guarantee, I sent item back request refund on Aug.22 2022 only to find they sent back to me refusing my return. I cannot take this need a refund of $177.00 ************************
