    I dont recommend this company they came out cleaned my rugs within five days my rugs had black stains all over. Both my husband and I called ***** he was supposed to to come out to the house next day never showed up nor did he call. A week later we called again he said he would come out to home again it was going on 4:00 ***** the owner trying to dodge us again. Finally he showed sent the guy back out *****. This time he cleaned them the proper way. So Stupid me, I guess that I didnt learn first time. Make another appointment for basement. Sent email appt at 8:00 another 2:00 no show nor a phone call. This business is not reliable I definitely would never recommend them. And when you call ***** on both numbers given he doesnt answer and mail box full. ***** company is very unprofessional. Please dont get caught up with this company.
