  Generator Source is an exceptional company that I had the pleasure of working with recently to provide a generator for our facility. From start to finish, the process was seamless and stress-free, thanks to the excellent customer service and expertise of the Generator Source team. The first thing that stood out to me about Generator Source was their knowledge and experience in the generator industry. As someone who is not an expert in this field, I had a lot of questions and concerns about selecting the right generator for our facility. However, the Generator Source team was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with me throughout the entire process. They took the time to listen to my needs and understand the unique requirements of our facility, which gave me confidence in their ability to provide a solution that would meet our needs. Once we had identified the generator that would work best for our facility, the Generator Source team quickly got to work on providing a quote and arranging for delivery. They were very transparent and upfront about the costs involved, which made it easy for us to plan and budget accordingly.   We purchased a supposedly low hour machine 250 hours. We were led to believe it was in pristine condition. The generator end was not OEM and it had clearly been submerged in a flood. Upon delivery we asked for our money back. It was misrepresented. They said that we signed the purchase agreement and we were stuck with it. Fraud. Totally. Police please investigate them and hold them accountable. Shame on them

  Good afternoon, We sell all generators with the most accurate information possible. This unit had an hour meter indicating the hours listed. Throughout our inspection process, we found no indication the unit had any hours other than what was listed on the unit. Also, the unit passed our inspection process and was successfully load tested. We also have a load bank video showing start up and shutdown. We also show the fluke meter, and all the gauges are clearly shown in the video showing amps, voltage, and other mechanical gauges. The equipment was in good running order. After getting this unit back to your location, you contacted us insisting the hours were higher than listed. We promptly responded offering recourse if you could provide any proof or verification of your concerns. We worked with you to find local companies that could possibly help you obtain additional information from the unit. We did respond quickly, and we try to work with our clients when they have an issue. We have been in business for 40+ years and our reputation is very important to us. After offering a possible solution, we never heard from the client again.
