**** from Kappler came out today to do an annual service on my A/C unit. He was polite, professional, and very kind! He did a great job, let me know of a potential problem (and showed me proof of the problem), gave me an estimate, and booked the work all in the same visit. I felt absolutely no hard sell, and no feeling that I was being recommended services that were not needed. This company is honest and soooooo easy to work with. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!Review from Maryann C

I just had my semi annual furnace and a/c serviced. The technician, ***********************, was very thorough explaining everything and did an outstanding job! Kappler is fortunate to have him on the team of technicians! I highly recommend ****** for your furnace and air conditioning needs!Review from BRB

I used Kappler two years ago to install a ********** in my sunroom and was so pleased I felt I would never use any other company. And recently I believed it was time to replace my furnace and AC and called Kappler. ***** came out again and spent time with us finding out what we wanted and did the Manual J and gave us three quotes. We picked the one we wanted and there was a situation that made it possible for us to be moved up on their schedule. Yesterday ***** ***** **** and ***** arrived and began the install and today ****, **** and **** are back to finish it. Yesterday ***** stopped by to check and to say hi. Kappler is the greatest company I have dealt with and I have dealt with some fine companies but Kappler from start with ***** at the office to completion has been a pleasant experience. Every person I have dealt with has been professional, warm and friendly. I can not say enough good things about this company and their personnel.
