1 starTerrible customer service. Items missing from my order. After a reorder (and several attempts at connecting to customer service), the reorder STILL had missing items and a BROKEN jibbetz.When (most) of the items arrived (I still haven't received one), my son put them in his shoe. By the end of the day, 5 of them fell out. One is lost. He is disappointed, as am I. We installed them correctly. They are just terrible quality.3 phone calls, 2 chats, many emails... it's still not taken care of.Review fromJeanette H

1 starTerrible customer service! I placed an online order with shipping to a PO Box. Nowhere on the website does it state they cannot deliver to a PO Box. I attempted to reach them multiple times to get the address Updated to no avail. I am getting a runaround on getting a refund for the product I have still never received. They told me that it has to go under review for 2 to 3 days and after the review if it is approved then from that point in 10 to 15 days, I may get a refund. Absolutely terrible customer service!! I have never purchased a pair of Crocs in my life but I got a wild idea and thought I would give it a try. Nope!!! Never!! I will not buy from them again!!Review fromChessy M

1 starWorst company ever! I ordered a pair of crocs for my fianc for Christmas. Tracking kept saying that it was waiting on the carrier. 2 weeks go by so I finally contact customer service. Of course they dont speak English. They tell me that THEY COULDNT FIND MY ADDRESS, so they were returned back to the warehouse. **. Every other delivery service finds my address just fine. ******, ***, ****, etc; nobody else has an issue. And I NEVER got a phone call saying they could not locate my address to deliver. I call customer service back and they say I have to wait on my refund before I can repurchase; more BS. So I decided to email crocs. I got a case number and an automatic reply that said we will respond within 48 hours. Its been a week. Ive emailed every single day and nobody responds. And Im still waiting on my refund. DONT EVER BUY FROM THE CROCS WEBSITE. Go into DSW or somewhere else they sell Crocs.Review fromJazmín R

1 starI purchased shoes from Crocs in November and have been experiencing ongoing issues with my order. I contacted customer service twice, and each time, I was advised to wait until December 14th for updates. On December 14th, I was informed that my order had been shipped, but this was clearly inaccurate.According to the tracking information provided on the Crocs website, the status remains:Your package is awaiting carrier pickup. Latest update: Wednesday, December 4, 5:07 PM - Shipper created a label, *** has not received the package yet.This confirms that the package has not been handed over to *** and is still in Crocs possession. Despite this, customer service acknowledged that the package was lost but stated that the order could not be canceled because it had been allocated. This explanation does not make sense to me, as the package has clearly not left their warehouse.I was further advised that, if I wanted a refund, I would have to wait for an investigation to be conducted and approved before any refund would be issued . I would only receive a refund if it was approved . This process is unreasonable given that the package has not even been shipped much less left their possession .Review fromBrad L

1 starAbsolutely horrible. I placed an order online and mistakenly used the wrong card. I called within 10 minutes to cancel the order and was told it cannot be canceled but must be returned after I receive the order. That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. They are willing to pay the return shipping instead of canceling an order that is not even being moved.Review fromPaige E

1 starThey use a shipping company I have never heard of and that is incredibly negligent. They do not care once they have your money. Even if there is no movement on your items they will do nothing to check with the shipping company or provide a solution other than making you wait over a week to cancel or reship any items that will probably get caught in the same loop. I think the idea is to hope you forget over time and just don't bother. I will never order anything from them again. Get it in person or pick it up in store if you have do but avoid their website at all costs.Review fromTerri W

1 starOrder stated it had been delivered 10/31/24 but there was no delivery photo. I live in an apartment so I am unsure if the package was delivered to a different door or where exactly in the complex it was delivered too. I reach out to crocs the same day, 10/31/24 regarding this issue. They offered to re-ship but I am afraid this will just happen again, so I asked to a refund so that I could just purchase in store. They tell me it was placed and i will get it 5-7 days. Well the days go by, and today 11/09 I reach out for an update since I have yet to be refunded. Now the same company that offered to reship at first, is now stating they have no responsibility in lost packages and denied my refund. I paid for something I never received and customer service does not care. I have attempted to tell customer service about the no delivery photo and living in an apartment complex so the possibility of it being delivered to a different door with a similar door number, but they did not care to hear it. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN A COMPANY HAVE. WILL NEVER DO BUISNESS AGAIN WITH THEM AND TELL PEOPLE TO DO THE SAME. I will continue to fight this and update here.Review fromBryan O

1 starOrder ********CUS I spoke to MULTIPLE representatives about just trying to EXCHANGE my Crocs for a bigger size. I brought them for a flash sale for 2 for $50, they're telling me that I have to return the old Crocs and wait for the refund and they would only offer me a discount for 50% which is not nearly what I paid for and would only hit $63 bucks. After going back and forth with them they offered me to reorder and once I got the items I would then get the 13 dollars refund to make it the original 50 dollars????! How does that make ANY sense? I have to reorder and you guys take extra money and I have to wait on the phone to just get another refund? All for an exchange? Absolutely horrible customer service and AVOID ordering online cause their online policies are HORRIBLE. Spoke with **** on the phone and she was no help and her supervisor **** didn't even want to speak to me and was in a "meeting"..I'm returning these Crocs and just buying from a competitor if this is the way I'm going to get treatedReview fromKiara J

1 starI purchased men's POKEMON Crocs for my husband on October 17, 2024. I checked my tracking for my order and to my disbelief my husband's shoes were in fact women's. Now his shoes are sold out everywhere and the only solution offered was to seek a refund. I would suggest if a consumer seeks a particular gender for the item sold, to keep it that same gender throughout the whole purchase. 1 starOrdered on 9/24/24. I am very disappointed with my experience ordering from this company. My mother purchased a pair of short and shoe decorations for my birthday and the website stated 2-4 days to ship. I received the tracking numbers with the order split into two shipments. One of them never changed to 'picked up' and just remained stuck. The other one was suppose to be delivered 10/02 which contained the shoes, however all I received was one decoration and nothing else. The online tracking stated that the shoes were included but even the tracking company listed a very low weight that confirmed there were no shoes ever delivered. I called the company and was only offered a reshipment that would take up to 14 business days. Unacceptable. This whole experience has been frustrating. I feel as if they do not care about their customers.
