  NW Parkway makes it so difficult to pay your toll bill. They send non-stop notices in the mail but will not allow you to pay your bill online once it's late. They then make you call customer service and sit on hold for 2 hours to pay your bill so you are not sent to collections. This is a garbage institution.

  I have been a custom and account holder of ********************** for about as long as it's been open. I have a family of 3 and all our cars have been on the account for years. My son recently took me to the airport from ****, ** and Northwest charged him a toll and sent him a bill. I called thinking that someone would actually help me and they told me that I didn't add his car until after the toll occurred, which was not correct; it's been on the account since he got the car. I did update his license plate number in the account a few hours before he even took me to the airport and they said that I did not do that and basically called me a liar, so I have to pay the higher fees because they don't have their sh*t together on their end. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO DO THE RIGHT THING.

  Northwest Parkway is nothing but a *****. Received a bill in November for toll in September that was due in October. They were big enough to wave the late fee but if you look closely at their bill they charge $1.00 per toll to get your mailing information from DMV and then charge you for mailing the bill which they said they sent me 2 but I have only received one but still charged me twice. Beware when driving that part of 470 through **********. Never again.

  Here's a horror story. When I was in my twenties, I worked at a restaurant. I didn't make much money, but the Northwest Parkway was the only way for me to get to work. I took the toll road, and though I was aware of my mounting tolls, I had to pay rent instead of the bill.This went ok for several months. I racked up a few hundred dollars of tolls. Northwest Parkway added $25 to every unpaid toll. They then sold my debt to A collection company.They sued me for 10k. Took me to court without my knowing, and scared me into signing an agreement for $250 a month for several years. Am I at fault? Yes. Would I have simply payed Northwest Parkway, if I knew they were going to charge $25 each way for unpaid tolls? Yes. It's not an exaggeration to say Northwest Parkway ruined my life. On top of 2024 rent, cost of living, inflation - I now have to pay 10k to a company that bought the debt for probably a few cents on the dollar.Pure evil.

  Im always on top of my toll bills. I use it frequently and even set up an account with ********************** and ************. The bill I received in October showed a beginning balance of $13.20 with a $5.80 new charge and a final balance of $19.00. I dont recall ever getting another bill in Nov or Dec. Again, I use the toll on a monthly basis so was waiting for another bill. Then all of a sudden, I got a collections notice for $77.20! And yes, Northwest Pkway and the ********* send out bills separately. I know this! The online account shows there were two unpaid tolls back in Aug for $31.60. Why wasnt this on the statement sent in Oct showing unpaid tolls?

  Croocks that violated ******** Consumer Protection Act (CCPA example 6-1-105)) and FCPA, Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices (UDAAP). Small court them. Negligent and deceptive business that violates the Privacy Act and collects the data without any consumer consent as well. Do yourself a favor - do not pay and *** them with total spend 270 bucks(including the mediation). Study their previous court records and use it as template for court cases.

  I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO STAR IF THERE IS ONE THERE. I was driving in ******** on May 12, 2023 and not even realized I was on a go pass toll. On July 14, 2023, I received a bill summary dated June 2, 2023 and due date was June 22, 2023. I called the customer number today July 17, 2023 and wanted to pay the total $6.80 toll fees. But the customer service rep told me the total is $10.10 now if I pay today because they sent out another bill with new charges. I told her that I only received one bill which was late to me and I did not see another bill they claimed they sent for the amount of $10.10. The service rep got her supervisor who told me that the bill was late to send to me because of California DMV who was late to provide them with driver registration information. So they would send out bill late. I told them I received the June bill on July *********************************************** that was not their fault and the second mail I was not even aware of was sent right after the June bill invoice. What a scam. As a consumer, I don't mind to pay for the services including the tolls fees but the way that Northwest parkway LLC to do business is totally ripping consumers off. I don't know why they are handling tolls fees for the ***************** who cannot find some better business to handle toll payments? The issue is not just about the money but integrity.

  There r no signs from i25 n traveling to *** in ******************* indicating that you r getting on a toll road. I've had 4 invoices for trips on this road that I didn't even know I was on.Additionally, when you try to call their #, the call is dropped immediately after listening to the intro message. Complete scam!

  This place is a joke! They send bills from collection agencies stating it's the second / third notice, tacking on outrageous fees, when they NEVER sent an invoice to begin with! When you ask for the original notice that was supposedly sent, they won't send it. I rarely drive this stretch of road, yet I'm getting charged HUNDREDs of dollars? They are rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to give you the most basic information requested. EXTORTION.

  I had Northwest Parkway (NWP) send me a bill for a toll even though I have an ************ account with all of the information up to date. When I contacted the representative at NWP, she stated that **************** had denied the transaction and that I was responsible for the fees. I contacted ************ and they were very professional and cordial. They contacted NWP and attempted to correct the situation. The same representative of NWP stated she did not see the plate yesterday, but she sees it today (it had been in the system since 2021), but there was still nothing to be done about it. After contacting a supervisor with NWP, who was ********************, and unprofessional, she agreed to refund a portion of the fees, but not all of them. NWP is very unprofessional in their dealings with the public and their people are unprofessional and have ZERO customer service skills!
