  I am having problems with a business who is exhibiting corrupt business influence, poor customer service, retaliatory business practices, and it appears scamming of their customers. There have been a few veterans who have made negative complaints against this company, so it could also be a discriminatory matter as well.On March 21st, 2023 Colorado Trailer got back to my request to purchase a custom built RV trailer. On April 26th, 2023 Colorado Trailer was supposed to order a ******************* in the amount of $38,400.00.I made 2 down payments per their request, which I have attached those invoices for a total of $7500.00. I also told them I could pay off the entire amount. Their customer service appeared to be very good for a while, and they suddenly STOPPED communicating. 2 times, they said they would call me, and they never did. The week of May 22nd, I sent 3 emails over the 7 day period asking for an update because I had made changes, and wanted to see if there was going to be a longer lead time, or more money required. They STOPPED communicating all together, and I felt I was being scammed, or ripped off.I read some of their customer service reveiws on ****** and found this was an ongoing issue with other people. I gave them a 1 star review, and they must get an alert as it only took them 1 hour to reply to that.There only reply was - they were cancelling my order. I have told them that would be a breach of contract. I have spent an additional $15,000 in spare parts custom fit to this trailer, and will not fit on other trailers: generator, oven, refrigerator, etc. This is also a work trailer, and their delays are costing me $4,000 per week. I am asking the BBB to referee, and have them finish this job ASAP. I have not received a refund, but they are also NOT answering my emails, so it appears there is some influence on retaliation taking place by this company.

  Company cancelled a customized order because they exhibited poor customer service and I complained about that service. They have also refused to return $7500 deposit which has got the bank involved. The payments were made in April 2023. They are criminals, or being a criminal to me. I am being victimized and everyone seems to be suffering from mind control technology as everyone is doing nothing to come to my side and help me. This is pure theft, fraud, breach of contract. There have been other complaints of this nature against this company on ****** reviews. They are also selling this customized RV trailer to the public without returning my deposit. This s*** is against the law, and for some reason other people's brains cannot register the crimes being committed.
