    Driveway replaced with new in 2022. Structural cracks apparent the very next day. Contractor applied a coating on two panels of driveway, only as a test and said it might not work. Sealant was never applied as agreed to in contract. Contractor said he would replace the driveway under the warranty but would have to wait until following year (2023) due to weather/timing. No attempt to replace so far and cracks are getting larger. Have sent many emails and voicemails; no return calls or texts this year. We require replacement of the driveway as the contractor said he would do under warranty. We paid by check and held a 5% contingency as it appeared contractor was genuinely going to adhere to our contract and his word as agreed.
