    I bought the EW11 model and was happy with it until it developed an oil leak and I was unable to locate a scooter repair service to fix my scooter. If you are considering buying the EW11 scooter or any other EWheels product consider the risk. EWheels **************** are imported from *****. The difficulty is finding a scooter repair service in ******** who is familiar or willing to make repairs even if EWheels provides the parts, which also have to come from ***** so there may be a wait to get them as well. EWheels will tell you to contact WSR, a company that hires freelance technicians to repair scooters. This leads nowhere however. When I had an oil leak WSR couldn't find a technician to service my scooter for over a year of trying. I contacted other scooter repair services in my area and was told they preferred not to work on EWheels scooters, even though they serviced scooters from other dealers. This is what is most frustrating about EWheels products because without a viable repair option this product is useless.
