**** Anderson owns and hosts Jazz Up Your Life that has speakers on the show who offer special offers that you can purchase. **** hosted ***** and ******* on her show and they were sharing information about hydrogen generators. ***** and ******* are in ****** and that's where the generators are made. I purchased a medium generator on July 3, 2022 for $932. I decided to return the generator because **** and ******* were unable to help me find the right adapter for the generator. You needed an adapter to convert their 220 ***** to our 110 ***** for the generator to work. I emailed ******* letting her know that I would be returning the generator and she gave authorization for me to do so. I sent the generator to ****** from my local post office and I was charged $100 for shipping. The generator arrived in ****** and sat in customs from August ****. On August 17, ******* sent me an email stating they had received the generator and that she had emailed **** letting her know that she could refund me. On August 18, **** called me and said she was having difficulty with whoever issued credits for her. She stated that if I would pay her an additional $140 through PayPal that she would be able to refund me the full amount of $932. While we spoke on the phone, she sent me a PayPal invoice that I paid. She also stated that she had already authorized for me to be refunded the $932. It will be a week tomorrow (August 25) that **** and I spoke and I still have not received credit on my **************** for the $932. I am attaching a document that shows the email from ******* stating they had received the generator and the invoice where I was charged for the generator. **** stated that she will be out $100; however, I will lose almost $250.
