    The company is horribly managed. They are tasked to do a job, they leave shortly after the yget to the job, you call to find out where the are nobody answers the phone, if they do (its rare) they don't do anything about it. Then because they are managed so bad they ask if they can cone back the next day. Because they werent on site to do the job they were tasked to do. And they show up late (sometimes hung over). Don't get me wrong some of the guys are great. But management and some foremen are terrible. I've waiting for the ********* to come back for 3 hours now.
