    In May 2024, I made and paid an online order for $140.50 USD, PN 4075 SEE ME lights . The ** receipt was issued. I submitted a question ticket via Survival Metrics website to get a delivery update and leave voice and email their customer survice They don't reply emails/calls/tickets, my HELP TICKET #****.

    I made 3 online purchases from survivalmetrics,LLC using two credit/debit cards. Since before 8/22/2024 I have contacted them several times thru online contact and leaving several voice mails to try to obtain shipping and tracking information. Online searches reveal an address that does not exist and they never answer their phone nor call back on voice messages. It's been a month now and I have not herd from this company despite my many attempts to contact them. They do not update or reply to service tickets etc. It is as though this company does not actually exist. The service tickets in question are numbers 4672, 4681 and 4708. If they do not have the products I ordered then I want a full refund.

    On July 13th, I made on online purchase at ************************************* for $194.93 through ******. I never received any confirmation from survival metrics. The charge is reflected on my credit card and I received a receipt from ******* I made numerous attempts to contact survival metrics by using the messaging system on their website and also leaving voicemails requesting a callback ************. I am unable to contact this business and they will not respond to my voicemails or email messages. There is an internal ticket number that has been open for several days and there is no attempt by them to update or acknowledge it. Ticket 4593
