Our bathtub was old and had holes in tile and when they came to demolished it to put in a shower they found mold behind the tile and replaced the insulation and cleaned up the mold. This wouldve been bad for our health if they would have just replaced it without telling us.The salesman was great explaining every aspect of the quality, workmanship and financial cost of the job. He helped us pick out the safety handles and fold down seat . Done in one day. My wife and I are blessed to have this company put in our shower unit. Thanks so much. The shower is great - love it!!! However, my original Waterpik shower head was thrown away and I had to purchase a new one for $49.00, because with the new head that was installed, I would never have been able to use it if I was seated on the bench that was installed; I had to purchase speckle to repair the walls where they were hit when the shower walls brought into the bathroom and were installed and the same with the glass doors; I also had to purchase a new Box cutter because mine walked off with one of the workers. Other than that the shower is great - just the workers and installation were a royal pain. I wish I had had ******* do the entire project instead. It would have cost a lot less, I priced it out after the fact, and I would not have had to fix my walls.Home Pride, LLC

*****, we are sorry that the original shower head that was installed didn't work while seated on the bench. We do have service techs that could've corrected the issue and patched up the drywall, so please do reach out to the ********** office if any additional concerns pop up. Installations can be disruptive to daily life, so our 1-2 day turn around time for tear out and install are an attractive feature to many busy customers. Again, please accept our apologies and we hope that you continue to enjoy your shower!

1 starIf I could give less than 1, I would. Beware of "*****************************". If she is working with you, run. She miscalculated payments and created an additional bill of 4K(25K +4K). Additionally, the caulking on the tub was poorly done. Not quality work for 25K. Don't work with this ************** yourself the trouble.Review fromPatricia G

2 starsIn December of 2020, shortly after moving into a new-to-me, smaller home, I had a Kohler walk-in tub to replace a large "garden" tub that was in the master bath. This purchase was recommended by my doctor and my physical therapist as I suffer from chronic back pain from multiple surgeries. When the salesman came out, one of my concerns was if the hot water heater (an almost new 50 gallon, electric, Rheem) was adequate to provide sufficient hot water to fill the tub. The salesman looked at the tub and indicated it should be fine. I was charged a set fee for the tub and installation, that was to cover removal of the current tub and any wall work that *** be needed to access pipes, which was not needed. Even the installers commented what an easy installation it proved to be. They also assured me that the current hot water heater was adequate for the tub.When I tried to use the jetted tub, the water was barely warm by the time the tub filled, too cool to use. Twice I had to have someone, (poorly trained and limited English) come out because the drain stopper would not open. Both times I asked about the hot water issue but got no response. In the Spring of 2023, HomePride sent out an actual plumber to fix the drain and check out the water issue. I recently found out that the plumber recommended a booster be installed to the hot water tank, but I never heard back from HomePride. I recently contacted them again about not being able to use the jetted tub after my back flared up and it was recommended I use a hot or jetted tub to help with inflammation and pain. I was informed their policies have changed and that I need to hire a plumber to determine the problem and possible solutions. With what I paid for the tub and installation, lack of support, etc., I would not recommend them for any type of home improvement!!Review fromRobin C

1 starI had Home Pride install a new Kohler, walk-in bath tub, replacing my old walk-in bathtub as my old tub had a higher threshold to drag my feet over. The installation went fairly smoothly since they were working with a prior walk in tub.My issue is with their service. The valve on the tub, developed a leak, dripping onto the ceiling of the basement area below it. They sent out a technician who identified in the source of the leak, got a new valve ordered. When the valve arrived, they came out and installed. It was no issue.My problem is with that same technician coming out a couple weeks later to repair the drywall that was damaged by the leak. He did not remove the damaged drywall and put in a patch. All he did was texture over the top of the damaged area to hide the damage.This is completely unacceptable.Review fromChris B

1 starWriting as an "Internal Customer". I was hired on less than 2 months ago with 2 of those weeks to be over a "training" period. I was then sent out to set up appointments with clients to provide information on our products and services. In reality it was my responsibility to lock in new business for the company right there on the spot, which made me uncomfortable to pressure people into doing something they weren't comfortable doing in the first place. Due to my lack of experience with high pressure closes, I was fired. I was not given any constructive feedback on what I was doing wrong as an employee outside of the fact there was no new business coming into the business. I respected my customers with the fact that they were either shopping, looking for more information, or simply couldn't afford the shower system we provided, regardless of the perceived value it might have contributed. I write this not only for customers who are needing a professional job done on their bathroom, I believe that the company is capable of doing this. But I'm also writing the for people who desire to make a positive impact on their community in the world of sales. Results are important, especially to keep a business sustainable. What isn't sustainable, or ethical, is taking people through a process and wave a carrot of what could be achievable, but only if you already have x, y, z skills and mindset in place without being honest with the new hire. Save your money and your time and find a company that is patriot focused instead of mercenary focused with developing their sales team. If you're unable to teach people to be successful in a specific industry and you don't inform them that they are falling short and have the system in place to make corrections so the mistake isn't repeated or how to make sure every customer feels comfortable and confident in making a SERIOUS renovation investment to their house. Then don't make part of your identity to "Live With ******* Prove me wrong.
