      DO NOT under any circumstances order anything from Current Catalog. I ordered some cards and they charged me 2 times for the same item and refuse to refund me any money. Since they started to make my cards, they will not refund me any money even though it was there fault for charging me 2 times.

      Well, it's not good - placed an order over 10 days ago, called three times, emailed twice, and used the online helpdesk chat... **************** is not knowledgeable in regards to standardized protocols, and they do not know the status of the order. It is truly a shame that this company has hired people who are not familiar with the company and what is going on with orders. My order still has not shipped and no one knows where it is. I was told to wait and go through the standard customer lines to obtain an answer regarding the order placed. If the product is out of stock or if there are "holiday" delays, then please specify a reason... however, the *** was not a bit informative. Bad, Bad, Bad. As of now, no one has returned a phone call nor have they responded to an email. The order states that it would be processed 2-3 business days, and take up to 7 - 10 days to ship. The order hasn't been processed yet after 10 days. No Star.

      I order christmas cards with the stickers and address labels that match. I received the stickers and the address labels and not the cards. I have spoke to them about 4 times. I am told over and over the items are packed waiting to be picked up. It going on a month of waiting. The company service employees keep giving me the run around. I don't think they are sending them to me.

      I paid for expedited shipping for my daughters B-Day ************ arrived a week after my delivery date. None of these items are good to me now. I contacted them however I havent heard back. Terrible customer service.

      I worked there for about 6-7 months an it was probably one of the worst jobs I ever had. If you were a male a particular a black male you were looked at am followed throughout the building. They definitely have there favorites a their groups an if you didnt fit in with their standards they were quick to label you. Also when it came to the day that I got fired I was going through some personal stuff at home. This was the only job I ever been to they pulls up a record of how many times I went in an out of the building. (They didnt tell you, but when they give you a badge its so they can track throughout the entire building)

      All I want is to get off your mailing list. I receive at least two pieces of junk mail every week. In December, 2023 I started calling, emailing and sending back the catalogs hoping to get off the mailing list. Each time I am promised to be taken off within the next 90 days. After receiving two more catalogs today and having no customer service available, I filed a complaint with the ************************* Did you know:5.6 million tons of catalogs and other direct mail advertisements end up in U.S. landfills annually.44 percent of junk mail is thrown away unopened, but only half that much junk mail is recycled.The average American household receives 848 pieces of junk mail, which equals 1.5 trees every year and more than 100 million trees for all **** households combined. Thats the equivalent of deforesting all of **************************** every four months.Largely due to deforestation, junk mail manufacturing creates as much greenhouse gas emissions annually as 3.7 million cars.Current could help with the deforestation by simply removing people from their mailing list.

      I placed an order late November 2023 for 2 sets of address labels. I just now had a need to use them and found that the print was off on the label. So when I pulled a label off the sheet, the bottom line was cut off on both sets of labels.I called and was immediately told I was past the correction date. I don't care if I call after a year, the product provided was not usable, The representative didn't care.I will NOT use Current Catalog again and I wanted to make sure others knew about the quality and poor customer service.

      I have older family members who reccomended current to me and are shocked I had such a poor first time with them. I ended up paying a ton of fees (a $12 order with shipping and a weird shipping fee was almost 30 bucks!) and waiting over 2 weeks before they actually shipped. I can't believe it and reaching out to customer service was absolutely not worried about it and didn't respond for about 4 days. I will never use them again and feel I shouldn't have had to pay so much to wait over doublethe estimated processing and DELIVERY time just for them to be shipped.

      For forty years I have shopped with Current. My brand loyalty is gone. The call center has been outsourced, eliminating U.S. jobs. Evidently they have a new motto: The customer is always wrong.The website is deceptive. A shipping and handling charge in addition to shipping. I cannot believe they have the nerve to charge both.My bargain turned way more expensive than it shouldve been. I havent yet cancelled the order, but having read all the reviews, Im thinking I might not have any luck with that.

      I am very disappointed with this company. It takes them well over a week to answer an email, even though they list this as a preferred means of communication. They canceled part of my Christmas order and never bothered to tell me until I questioned them. They responded the day after Christmas. Their response is that they are short staffed - well then hire more people or don't take orders that you can't guarantee or handle. I would give zero stars if possible!
