All I want is to get off your mailing list. I receive at least two pieces of junk mail every week. In December, 2023 I started calling, emailing and sending back the catalogs hoping to get off the mailing list. Each time I am promised to be taken off within the next 90 days. After receiving two more catalogs today and having no customer service available, I filed a complaint with the ************************* Did you know:5.6 million tons of catalogs and other direct mail advertisements end up in U.S. landfills annually.44 percent of junk mail is thrown away unopened, but only half that much junk mail is recycled.The average American household receives 848 pieces of junk mail, which equals 1.5 trees every year and more than 100 million trees for all **** households combined. Thats the equivalent of deforesting all of **************************** every four months.Largely due to deforestation, junk mail manufacturing creates as much greenhouse gas emissions annually as 3.7 million cars.Current could help with the deforestation by simply removing people from their mailing list.

I placed an order late November 2023 for 2 sets of address labels. I just now had a need to use them and found that the print was off on the label. So when I pulled a label off the sheet, the bottom line was cut off on both sets of labels.I called and was immediately told I was past the correction date. I don't care if I call after a year, the product provided was not usable, The representative didn't care.I will NOT use Current Catalog again and I wanted to make sure others knew about the quality and poor customer service.Review from Morgan M

I have older family members who reccomended current to me and are shocked I had such a poor first time with them. I ended up paying a ton of fees (a $12 order with shipping and a weird shipping fee was almost 30 bucks!) and waiting over 2 weeks before they actually shipped. I can't believe it and reaching out to customer service was absolutely not worried about it and didn't respond for about 4 days. I will never use them again and feel I shouldn't have had to pay so much to wait over doublethe estimated processing and DELIVERY time just for them to be shipped.Review from Ginny R

For forty years I have shopped with Current. My brand loyalty is gone. The call center has been outsourced, eliminating U.S. jobs. Evidently they have a new motto: The customer is always wrong.The website is deceptive. A shipping and handling charge in addition to shipping. I cannot believe they have the nerve to charge both.My bargain turned way more expensive than it shouldve been. I havent yet cancelled the order, but having read all the reviews, Im thinking I might not have any luck with that.Review from Alecia D

I am very disappointed with this company. It takes them well over a week to answer an email, even though they list this as a preferred means of communication. They canceled part of my Christmas order and never bothered to tell me until I questioned them. They responded the day after Christmas. Their response is that they are short staffed - well then hire more people or don't take orders that you can't guarantee or handle. If you buy from Current, pay using PayPal. They will refund your money if things dont work out. I ordered Christmas cards on November 14 and was notified shipping would be in two or three days. After a reasonable time, I tried to check on the order by phone, by email, and using a tracking form I found online. No response. So I contacted PayPal. They let me know the complaint had been sent to Current. Still no response. Within a couple days I escalated it to a claim. Then I received three messages the same day from Current: one that my order had been shipped, a second an apology for the delay, the third asked to rate the response to the second one. PayPal had instructed me not to be in touch with Current again, and I did not answer. My PayPal account was credited within a few days! The late-shipped Christmas cards arrived less than a week before Christmas. I have been ordering from Current since the ****s without incident. Never again. Protect yourself. Nov 14th. and Nov. 15th I ordered 2 canvases. One was received and the other one to this day Dec. 18, 2023 has not. After at least 5 phone calls to customer service, no help including 2 people that was suppose to call me back. So today when I called insisting on an answer Alexandria let me know that they have been having issues with the vendor for this item. This is suppose to be a Christmas present that this family will not receive. If you are having vendor problems I would think you would let your customers know. Poor customer service. They didn't have any problem taking my money right away. All they could do is offer a refund, but no Christmas present from afar!!Review from Brian G

I ordered 2 packs of cards and 4 of those "saying a day" calendars that you tear off each day. Took about a week to arrive. HOWEVER, it was MISSING 3 calendars or more than $50 worth of product. I emailed TWICE and never received a reply. Finally decided to phone and had to wait 10 minutes on hold to speak with someone from *************** whom I could barely understand. After about ten minutes, they agreed to ship the items to me, via ***** 3-day shipping. Said they could not do any better. SO, what do they ship???-UPS GROUND which will take a week or more this time of year. SECOND and LAST purchase EVER from these idiots. They shipped me a damaged Christmas carousel that I spent 80$ on and I cant get my money back. I sent an email and called. After being asked to leave my call back number about 6 times they finally answered. I was told I could ship it back if I paid for the cost. When I questioned why I should pay for a damaged carousel I was put on hold and told that someone would be calling me back from billing. It has been 3 days and I have not received a call back. Do not order from this place! Terrible service and terrible product. I cant even fox the item. Its glued together crooked and will not stand up straight!Current Media Group LLC Response

It took 3 weeks to receive my order and every time I sent an email to find out where my order was (was supposed to receive it within 5 - 7 days), my emails were only answered once! So I called Current and asked about mu order as no postal service had received it, and they didn't know where it was!! Won't be doing any business with them again!!Current Media Group LLC Response
