Island Touch Gifts & Baskets LLC stands behind all products. You complete satisfaction is our goal and will do all, within reason to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Partial credit will be issued ONLY to gift baskets that are deemed defective by management, however we will not credit where a gift basket is subjective matters to taste, style or change of mind due to retail value are involved or damages sustained by the shipping agency.
Any hand-made/hand-poured produced will NOT be credited, refunded or accepted as a return due to the nature of theses products. These items included body butters, body scrubs, facial oils, wax melts, rooms sprays, car diffusers, bath soaks to name a few.
We can and will reship/remake any product or gift basket for you AT YOUR COST!
