    I live in the apartments in ********* at Sustina Ridge and they are raggedy and no I mean no one comes and fix on anything the hall smells of mildew and the carpet is trifling the units are out dated and nasty and they dont fix anything they need to be shut down

    This company dont care about there residents! When you put a work order in, they never fix anything! Our freezer has been making a noise and they said part is in on back order! Its been since Dec 4 2022 and its January 21 and still no part! Cant wait to move out of there apartment!??

    I do not like that all the front office leasing agents do not have good customer service, do not follow up on emails or phone calls, and everyone acts like they are annoyed that you are coming to them about anything. I have only been living at this site (*************, **) for three weeks and my refrigerator has been making a loud noise I asked to have it fixed or replaced on my first day of moving in because it was making a noise then and I get excuses. I don't understand the high rent and cheap appliances. I should have done my research but on the other hand, the maintenance crew is very polite, and forward and have great customer service. I do not recommend this site.

    The website for **************** Apartments is greatly mis-leading. They do NOT have the facilities as advertised (Hot tub which hasn't been functional for over three years, apartment features DO NOT INCLUDE an ice-maker in the apartment freezers, nor layouts/floorplans as described on the website).'Back in the day,' these apartments were considered desirable, but now - they are more deplorable. Homeless people living under the stairs of the buildings, frequent car-theft/break in's, and management states, "They have no control over the safety or security of the property." From their website: "Step outside your home, and you'll be fascinated with a wealth of community amenities. Rest assured that all your needs will be taken care of with our onsite management and maintenance staff and courtesy patrol. Enjoy our year-round outdoor pool after a stressful day, or burn off those extra calories at our onsite 24-hour fitness center complete with free weights."I'm not sure what 'patrol,' or 'year-round pool' they are referring to. The pool area was literally locked until a specified date. DO NOT RENT under these false pretenses - they have NO obligation or need to ensure your safety or security.

    I LIVE AT ************************************** ******** IN ******* AS.When I first moved in 3 yrs ago, I loved the building and all its Amenities and people, since then the building is not being taked care of at this point. I WAS TOLD THEY WILL BE RAISING THE RENT 200-350$ AT THIS TIME AND I THINK THEY SHOULD LOWER TO TO COMPENSATE FOR THESE ISSUES: Smelly trash in the buildings,ground definatley not being taken care of, lighting is just left not being on , so at night 1 of 5 bulbs outside the building does not work. We also have not been able to use the pool for at least a year and half and not the water looks like Pea soup. There is so much trash out side in trash cans ( that obviously management did not plan for), it is in the parking structure falling out and it is miles high, and it is the first thing you see everyday that you park in there and go to your mail box. The Dog p*** is not picked up if it has been sitting for more that a few day. Since the grounds are not kept up they are also smell because as I said Dog pee etc are not washed down except once a week.I am really distressed with these circumstances.Anonymous maybe
