      I filed 2 Hail damage claim with **** back in 2023 and took my business to Mister body shop in ****************. I took one vehicle at a time and got the first vehicle done after about 6 month. **** sent two checks to the body shop for work to be rendered (initially). The shop cashed both checks, but work was only done on one vehicle. I took the second vehicle to another shop to get fix and that vehicle was deemed total. **** is refusing to cover the amount owed for the loss unless Mister body shop returns the check to them. Mister body shop has been giving me the run around since Mar 2024 regarding the check. I need assistance with this issue.

      Regarding  this claim unfortunately we were stranded too with this repairs , after the first vehicle got repair by Mister Body Shop ,, it was the time of hail season been hailing constantly with out stopping    lots t of shop were busy and lots of parts where in back order,, and until this day we are facing with the same issues .. its for understand also that the vehicle was not total loss at the time we had it .. with out no  notification  decide to take the vehicle to another shop in which they declare the vehicle total loss.. with a sky rocket supplement to the insurance claim .. leaving us in a debt with parts ordered it .. its   our concern to work this with the insurance company

      My vehicle was taken to this company about August 1, 2022. I have yet to receive my vehicle back. They have blamed the insurance company, saying it was because the insurance would not cover for headlights. When I contacted the insurance I found out the auto shop did not even contact the insurance. The auto shop has avoided me since my car was there, only call me once to get a check from the insurance company. This is horrible customer service that should be addressed. I have asked them to give me updates when I call but now they know my name and only say they will call me back which they do not.

      REGARDING THIS COMPLAINT WE ***T HAVE ANY CONTROL ABOUT INSURANCE ESTIMATES TELLING THE INSURED TO TAKE PICTURES  FOR THE *** , AND DOING A ESTIMATE FROM A PICTURE , WHEN THE *** GOT HERE THERE WAS AN ESTIAMTE ALREADY ***E BY THE  INSURANCE COMPANY THE *** WAS NEVER TAKEN APART TO DISCOVER MORE DAMAGE TO IT  , DO TO THE **** THERE WAS A SUPPLEMENT FOR A SECOND ESTIAMTE IN WICH WAS SENT TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY WITH PICTURES AN A COMPLETE ESTIAMTE INCLUDING THE LIGHTS , AT THE MOMENT TEH LIGHT ARE STILL BACK ORDER FROM THE COMPANY .. TODAY WE JUST HAVE RECIVED TEHLIGHTS FROM ANOTHER SOURCE .. THE CUSTOMER WAS ADVISE AND ALSO THE INSURANCE COMPANY INN WITH THEY WANT TO PAY FOR USED PARTS OR RECYCLE PARTS  ,  WE *** HAVE CONTROL ABOUT AVAILBILITY OF PARTS AT THE MONMENT ,, THAS WHY I WE ALWAYS RECOMEND NOT SEND PICTURES ,, BECAUSE OF THAT ALWAYS MAKE THE REPAIRS TAKE LONGER  , SOME CUSTOMER UNDERSTAND THAT , MY APOLOGIES TO TO HIM .       I dropped off my car to utilize my insurance coverage to have this business repair my vehicle. The repairs were 2 new headlights, a new front bumper, and a drivers identified front quarter panel. I dropped my vehicle off on April 18 2022, it has been 27 day to today, 14 May 2022. I was told my vehicle would be ready in one week, then after that week another week. I called at the end of the second week only to be told my vehicle still was not ready. I was prompted by the owner of the business to call back in 2 more days. Every 2 days since the 29th of April I have called only to be told wait another 2 days. It is one consecutive excuse after the other as to why I have not been able to receive my repaired vehicle within the promised time by the owner of the company. Today, 14 May 2022, I was told by the owner that his son would be in office to release my vehicle at 10:00 p.m. On the business website it clearly states that it is open today with th hours being 8:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m. I have been waiting for an hour and a half for this promise to be fulfilled, though not a single person is here. I have explained to the business owner that it is imperative that I have my vehicle returned, as I need it to effectively fulfill my daily military duties on Fort ******. To no avail I am still awaiting my vehicles repaired return. Included in the documentation is a receipt from the day I allowed them to have my vehicle.
