    I paid for a car wash at the Express car wash on ******, drove forward, there was a cone at the entrance to where the left wheel goes and no one waiting right there, so I assumed I needed to go around the cone. I dont work at a car wash, I deliver babies so I thought maybe it was different because this is the first time coming to this car wash ( and is the last for sure). Some guy comes out of a side door and starts screaming at me, tell me to back up, get the f*** out of here and did I not see the cone. He was so aggressive and scared me. I told him excuse me dont you **** at me! He continued to yell and curse at me as Im backing up. Then I back up and go into the lobby and the assistant manager named ****** was also rude would not give me the name to the ** or a contact number higher then him. He went behind a closed door to contact the Manager which he listed as *************************. I started recording this horrific encounter because I have never been treated this way. I did not record the man who started berating me to back up however Because I was in my car! Meanwhile they never moved the cone and there are cars backed up behind me because I am trying to get this resolved.
