    It was done very professional, efficient and in a timely manner. He took the time to go over everything that he was going to do first. He was very courteous and respectful.

    Hydro Clean was great from the beginning. They reached out within minutes of me submitting a request for an estimate and were able to schedule me quickly. **** was great on the day of service, he was prompt and there right when he said he'd be. He walked me through everything and asked several times if I had any questions. He completed the job very quickly and updated me when he was done. He even locked up for me so I could leave which was a huge help since I had a new baby and didn't want to be stuck in an empty apartment taking care of him. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them if asked!

    The Hydro clean is the only company that I have ever use since purchasing carpet. They hire professional employees and run an awesome company **** Is an awesome employee. This is the second time Ive had him do my carpets. I ended up giving him a tip because I was so impressed with him.

    I looked up Old World Cleaning and when I called I got Hydro Clean Carpet Cleaning instead.(Must have been my fault). I went on and scheduled an appointment with them. A worker (****, I believe) came out and looked around with the black light and gave me an estimate of over $1000.00. We told him we would replace the carpet instead of paying that much. He tried to get us to work with him on buying carpet (he said he had contacts and could give us a deal). We told him no and that we would deal with that ourselves. He then tried to get the price down for the cleaning and we said no. He left after approximately 20 minutes. The next day, I received an invoice for $967.00 for services performed. I sent an email that there was no work done. I received another invoice for the same amount and I then responded that I would report them to BBB. I talked with them and they said they would take care of the invoice. I received another one today for the same amount. Again I responded by email that NO WORK WAS DONE.

    Job well done. The communication with Hydro Clean was excellent. The charges were reasonable though I was surprised to see an additional Fuel Cost. Overall, I'm quite pleased.

    ********************* explained what he would do, the process, and estimated time of completion. He got out old stains I thought would never come out. He was also friendly and personable.
